Jeff being nervous about Monsters and Men is silly, that's literally my favorite song in this musical. Might be my favorite Hachetfield song period. Everyone was fantastic in it.
If I had the chance to do a production of a Starkid musical I'd choose TGWDLM because the concept and the writing in that show are just unmatched, but Sherman Young and Linda Monroe look like such fun characters to play and would be my pick if I got to play any Starkid character.

The absence of P.E.I.P in NPMD really disappointed me. McNamara told Lex she was in P.E.I.P. Lex could have made appearance as an agent in some way. I would have loved it!

The people who’d actually worry about if they could get one or not would be pretty far back in line. However I do think you’re right that Becky should’ve pressured the guy to either give up his spot, reject the money, or have Linda pay everyone. She’d get more support that way and it more precisely addresses the issue of Linda cutting.

For what it's worth, at the time of Black Friday the character who would become Peter Spankoffski (then only known as Hot Chocolate Boy) was played by Robert Manion. Interestingly, the Cineplex Teen was supposed to be HCB as well, but when Manion was cast as Ethan Greene that idea was impossible, so they created a new character. Ironically, the Cineplex Teen was supposed to be a major character in NPDM as well, but then when Manion got the boot and Joey Richter was recast as Peter, they had to make a new character to fill that role, which is how we got Richie Lipschitz. Funny old world, innit?
