I am 76 years old. i do speak to my daughter and the son about worman health it is important. So, children understand what happiness with their mother and sister.
In Islaam, you can speak about menopause and all worman problems of health they also must get the knowledge to understand how our body works. It is healthy to speak. it is the culture that stops people from speaking .

You need to go private for that darling , you need to see a menopause specialist, that's what I've done since 2018 . Nhs aren't interested. It's not as expensive as you think.
