- I've switched up a couple of things with my natural hair wash day since the last time I posted one of these. Here's a quick but detailed run down of my full wash day

Kentaro Avoghee & Kentaro Berry smoothie conditioners (I like to mix these when I feel that my hair needs both moisture and protein)
Lengo organics advanced conditioning Hair Spray (it's a leave in, guys. These so many words= Leave in)

Usually I'll go from 8 am to 4 pm including food breaks and all
Okay. I like the fact that after prepooing you leave it in over night. I've learned that. I used to do it all at once😂 and by the time I finish shampooing I'm exhausted. I don't own a heat cap though! I'd like to feel it's effectiveness 😛
