So the tall lady is Tiffany Coburn. She has the lead solo on many of their tracks including The Impossible Dream, Oh Holy Night, and All Is Well!
Tiffany (tall) has a larger solo in the Disney Princess Medley, but I think you've reacted to that. She also does the solo in "Impossible Dream" and she knocks it out of the park. You may want to react to that. It's absolutely wonderful.

Maggie, I always love your reactions. The tall soprano is Tiffany Coburn. At the age of 17, she began the “tour” life beginning with the Continental Singers and Orchestra. She has toured with TRUTH, Larnelle Harris and Sandi Patty just to name a few. She has had the privilege of performing as a soloist with The Boston Pops, the Orlando and Charlotte Philharmonic Orchestras, appeared at the Lincoln Center and Carnegie Hall and sang for the closing ceremonies of the Special Olympics. She represented the United States at the April Spring Friendship Festival in Pyongyang, North Korea against 40 other countries and brought home First Place Honors. She recorded the theme song, “Share a Dream Come True” for Disney’s 100 Years of Magic, EPCOT’s “Tapestry of Dreams Parade” and Sea World’s “Turtle Trek.”
She recorded "O Holy Night" with Vocave where she sings the solo. Please react to this one!

Maggie, although several comments below mention numerous solos that Tiffany Coburn sings, all of them are with Voctave. For a big change of pace, take a listen and watch the video of "Higher and Higher" by The Edge Effect (an A cappella group of five guys) featuring Tiffany Coburn as the soprano soloist. Note: Tiffany is 6 ft. tall barefooted. She has been married to Thomas "Chip" Coburn for over 24 years and has a 20 year old daughter, Paris. This Coburn family is most likely distant cousins of mine who descend from the original immigrant, Edward Coburn, from Ipswitch and Dracut, Massachusetts.

The think with Kate hitting those high notes is her vocal discernment to not overpower everyone else. Going high and soft is very difficult and she makes it look effortless.

Thank you for your wonderful reaction Maggie. May I suggest someone to you who not only sing in many of their videos. But also play the Harp. I am speaking of the Harp Twins. Identical twins who are classically trained harp players. These ladies have a very successful You Tube channel where the have performed a variety of songs not associated with the harp. They have performed a number of Christmas music as well. Including an original song entitled Nordic Solstice. Where else would you see concert harps being played in a snowstorm? Love your channel.
