I bet that we boost gives you interference issues with that antenna right next to the other antenna. You should try moving the outside one to the rear of the jeep and you will get better performance. I had mine mounted on the roof right above me and it never worked good until I moved it farther away.
What makes this a storm chaser ? My buddys offroad jeep could d the same thing. No bp glass. No lowering . No ground spikes. Might as well be a ford focus.
It’s not the car as much as it is the driver. And bion, not everyone is out there trying to be directly inside of one…a ford focus isn’t going to do well on a slimy gravel road

Did that handheld with an rs3…actually the new whip and the new mount and the lens I use is so smooth a gimbal isn’t really needed
