Oh my gosh, it's SO good! Can I just own a dim sum restaurant already lol. That might be a bad idea though, because then I would be there everyday as the Food Quality Engineer LOL. You know, I gotta taste the food for quality purposes. I'm doing it for the customers, not for me😁
Wait, so are you telling me you've never had dim sum before? Okay I need you to go on Google ASAP and look for the closest dim sum restaurant nearest you lol. It's amazing! You'll surely enjoy it 🙂
@@HongtheFoodie No... I never had Dim Sum before... And I'm picky about what I eat since I don't eat pork n beef... But I do eat Seafood n poultry... Thanks for the tip sweetie❤❤😘... I'll Google one...
@@jsmooth2268 Ahh I see, I understand. The ha cao (shrimp dumpling) is one of my favorites. If they told me that's all they had on the menu for that day, I wouldn't even be mad lol. If you go, that's one to definitely try!
@@HongtheFoodie I'll try that Ha Cao (Shrimp 🍤 dumpling)... Sounds delicious 😋... Thanks🙂🙏... And I just Googled a Dim Sum spot called (The Parlor Dim Sum) that's close to where I live... Maybe a little over a mile🙂
Omg yay!!! Can't wait for you to try them. The only one that I didn't really care for was the estar buffet. I thought it would be bigger! I didn't realize it until I walked in and saw the food selections. I just went to a Chinese buffet called Feast buffet and it might be the biggest one in Houston, so if you're in the mood for Chinese (they also have Mexican food and American food +sushi), they have a huge selection! (I'm currently working on that video in case you're already in Houston and looking for a buffet :) anyway super excited for you to come visit Houston. I hope you enjoy your stay and food adventure!!
It looks like you enjoyed the Dim Sum, Hong! You are challenging me to keep finding places for you to try and review. I will keep telling you where my favorite places are and they will become your favorites as well. Are you ready for your next challenge? How about Chinese BBQ? Some of these stands are located in an Asian Supermarket such as Welcome or H-mart. Or it could be a Mom and Pop place like Siu Lap City or Alan's Deli. My favorite place is Siu Lap City located in Midtown. Most of the places have a lunch plate where you get rice, veggies and choice of differeent bbq meats or you can buy bbq meats by the pound. I think you will be up to the challenge, but your husband probably needs to hang around you more to get a bigger appetite! You go girl! 🥢😀
Oh man did I enjoy it, I say "I want dim sum" at least once a day now LOL. Chinese BBQ sounds wonderful!! You're killing it with all the awesome recommendations. I didn't even know H-Mart sells BBQ. I don't think I've ever been to Welcome either. Not only am I getting good restaurant recommendations from you, but also grocery stores! Lol. You are like a living food encyclopedia! HAHA!
