Kaza & crew totally rock! They are very knowledgeable and helpful and can help you find a local installer if you need anything Victron installed, troubleshoot, or repaired. Highly recommend.
"You can just order that part." is very kind code from an extremely nice employee meaning, 'You can get that for WAY less money than we'll charge you for the very same thing'.
Great video, thanks for the shoutout Jared! RVers will be more prepared than ever with the tools you're sharing, and we're happy to support!
Jared, I just gotta know. Is your camper always that clean or is everything piled up behind the camera?
I've had awesome results with E-trailer. I had a $600 item that I couldn't install during the return period, due to weather. When I was finally able to work at it, the part wouldn't fit. When I explained the situation, they worked with the supplier to try and solve the issue and, when that didn't work, still took the part back for a full refund. Customer service doesn't get any better than that!
Etrailer is great. I have bought my towbars, baseplates, steering stabilizer, braking system, hitches etc. from them. The install videos are great resources. If they don't have what you need, they can usually point you to the right place to get it. I used TechnoRV for my TPMS. It was a good experience.
If your not full time or do tons of boondocking a lot of Victron equipment may be overkill. If you are an occasional boondocker like us, doing Harvest Hosts or some national parks, you may only need something that will top off your batteries and give you basic power usage info. Thousands of $'s for us to use Victron would not be cost effective. Victron is great stuff but a lot more than most people need or can afford.
Totally agree on e-trailer, I have used them for many, many things.
I use them too!
Yep and their sales staff are knowledgeable to help get the right parts for your specific model!
Steele Rubber Products, Denver, NC has almost any seal ever made for RVs.
Checked out E-trailor way too high of prices I got the black trim strip of 1 inch by 25 feet for about $8.00 to $15.00 and e-trailer wants $99.00 and they are selling ac unites priced at about $1359.00 on sale for $609.00 for a $800.00 AC unit other places.
Great call on Dyer’s. Excellent source for anything RV. They actually answered the phone too! I too have had issues with local “dealers” lacking any sense of customer service.
Almost 200,000 subs Jared! Congrats and well-deserved. Especially appreciated the Dyer's recommendation
Avoid Camping World - but we already knew that 😅
We’ve been RVing for about three years now we are just weekend warriors but we have followed you since the beginning you are so full of knowledge and we always learn so much thank you
Thank you that is very kind!
Any advise for links on how to trouble shoot a fridge that seems to inconsistently have issues lighting on propane? It does not have a pilot light that stays lit all the time. It seems to have a 12v igniter that lights it every time the thermostat calls for more cooling. It sounds like it’s trying to light but about once a day it fails. Awesome videos by the way. Love all the great info.
Had not heard about the Amazon lockers. That sounds really handy if they are around the area you are in. Also, I have been in the position you were is were the RV place just said "I don't know!" Its so surprising!
We did not know about Dyers so thanks!! You always share such great info!!
I would add lippert to that list as well. Their tech support is excellent. I had a slideout gear lose a few cogs. I provided the slide out serial number and with that, they got me the correct gear and shaft for the slide out. Also needed a new hydraulic jack but didn’t have the numbers or specs on the jack and they were able to determine which jack I needed. Also, if you call and order over the phone and they have the part in stock, you can pay to have next day shipping if speed is of the essence.
We have been full-time for 3 years and have used e-trailer and the Amazon lockers. The others look like great resources and will check them out. Thanks for the video.
Thanks for this list Jared. As it turns out we needed some tech support for our DC to DC charger. We called RV Solar Connections, and Caza was incredibly helpful, and extremely patient with us. Having to troubleshoot an electrical issue is tedious to begin with, and even more so over the phone. We can't thank him enough, as Jared is right, it's a great company to work with.
This was finally just the information I was looking for! Great stuff! I love your channel for years now and subscribed way back when!
Jared, do you have apparel with your logo for sale?
Hey. No Sumo or super springs on that suspension? I have them on mine. Huge difference in the ride and handling. Thanks from bill’s cool projects on youtube. Click smiley face on left. Check out my rv camping playlist. Thanks
Another thumbs up for Etrailer. I also love that they have videos on virtually everything they sell. Great customer service
you can go to about any tire store and get the same wheels.
Thx great information 😊
Etrailer definitely I also got a new ac unit with them. Love the installing videos they share yes very excellent store.
Awesome! Thank you!
Glad Camping World was NOT on the list. Their favorite word is huh.
Great information thank you for sharing. God bless you and your family. ♥️🙋🏻♀️🇺🇸
Etrailer is the BEST!!!
On the money, thanks.
Hello Jared, I love your videos so informative Can you provide a list of your top businesses for rv accessories.
I have an issue with Techno RV. I was shopping for a SoftStart for my Air Conditioner. I had all my info ready to give them on the A.C. unit when I called. The obviously young lady I talked to could not tell me if the unit I was ready to order would work on my unit. She said she would ask a tech, and the answer she relayed to me from him was "Maybe". Wrong answer. I no longer order from Techno RV.
ty so much jared
excellent to have a knowledgeable experienced rv guy vet multiple resources

Another tip, you you ever need to replace a trailer wheel or wheels on your rv and want them all to match, call the company who installed them when your rv was built. Mine was Tredit Tire in Elkhart, IN. After 3 years, I needed to replace two of the six wheels on my toyhauler. I called Tredit and they still stocked the same wheels. They sent me out two new ones. Great service.
Great tips Jared thanks 😊
Hello from Ouray CO, Jared!! Thank you so much for this video! We picked up our 4 season travel trailer in Dec '21, and installed a robust solar setup in January. We are at the point that we need to "top off" some of our equipment to be able to better boondock in the national forests and BLM that saturate our local area.
Safe travels!!
Thanks!
dyersonline is great. I needed a replacement fan motor and they had it in stock. I was in the area so I stopped by to pick it up! Great service and I check them often when I need parts.
Just saved the notes from this video in my notes app for reference. Thank you!
I Been using Etrailer since before Etrailer was a thing
Great sources to know about. Appreciate the information and will check them out when needing to purchase parts and accessories.
Great video. I was wondering……have you ever done a video touring your 5th wheel?
E trailer used alot. Great company!
Thanks. I’d like to keep a record of the summary of web addresses/names. Any tips/ideas on how to save the information you shared? I tried to print it but turned out to be a clunky process. I’d like to have a digital “mailbox” .
Keep a note on your phone or tablet. You can organize those by category.
Thank you. I'll definitely save this vid. 😀
Perched my hitch and a lot more from Etraler
Thanks for the helpful info, so appreciate you!
Thanks for those tips, always a pleasure to follow you, THANKS
Thank you!
Etrailer is great, with good people.
Excellent video Jared.
Thanks
You always put up the best videos. Thank you!
Thank you for the trusted resources!
Great "set" of resources - Thanks! - Cheers!
E-Trailer site has a terrible search engine....I have left in frustration many times
I agree. It will return a very random, unrelated grouping of products totally unrelated to what you actually search for. The search function borders on being useless most of the time.
Love your videos! Do you ever come to Utah?
Love the tip about using Amazon locker while in transit. Thanks.
Glad it helped
Thank you, a super video
As always great information.
good stuff! thank you for this!
Best post so far, thank you!
Thank you
Good information 👍
Thanks Jared, you are always there with great resources. 👍🏼
Thank you.
Any thoughts on the SmartShunt 500 by Victron? thanks Jared
It's awesome, I just installed one.
If you don’t need the monitor panel of the BMV-712, get the smart shunt.
Great video
Great information, Thank you..
Glad it helped
Good information
Well done!
Nice video Bud.
THANK YOU!
Love your video's!
Thanks god bless
Thanks
Had great experiences with E Trailer and Walmart. Despise Bezos and Amazon, only use them in absolute necessity.
Yea I think Walmart is missing from this list. They have a good selection of basics you can “order” and pickup yourself same day. Not going to get any tech support there though.
Overlay newsletter popup on every. single. site.
This great info, I have used ETRAILER. As you said they have great selection and I like the videos they have on there product decreption.
