      Hey Aryan you should try substance painter for texturing to add a bit more realism like dirt , edge wear and other stuff to make a great roughness and base color map

    P.S. Instead of applying a subsurf modifier, in modifier properties, go to advanced options and in the UV Smooth slot check All - now there wouldn't be any stretching 😇

Keep up the good work I will definitely check out more of your videos. Screencast keys might help some of us who are slower, if you don't have it in your newer videos already.

    instead of placing the ice blocks just give the blender and ice cubes collision and use rigid body

    Hi! Love your videos :) One question, at minute 6:48 when I merge by distance, the top edges of the glass that look rounded before merging aren't joining well for me... in your case they just join in a straight way, but for me they just keep being rounded, anyone knows why this happen? Thanks

    Bro, dont get me wrong but i think for product modelling plasticity is a better choice.
    Also, use texture ripper from shoebox to extract textures as well.
    Why dont you use rigid body for ice cubes.

      You might be right, I just use Blender because that's what my channel is for. I don't really care about the best method, I only do this stuff for the videos.

    Bro I have the same problem as in the VDO cover that the transparent material appeared darker than as it should be in the ref. Do you have any solutions to make it’s not kinda blocking the light yet? Nice video as ever 👍🏻

    When you use the spin to copy the glass indents and then merging i get a different (broken) result. They dont merge the way they should. I wonder if its a bug in Blender 4.0. Something wonky with the merging becouse i had problems with it several times now when modeling. I use the same merging distance as you / default.

    Clean!! quick question, at 3:01 how did you deselect the horizontal edge loops white keeping the borders selected?

      you can alt click the loops (again) to deselect them. Hold shift though to grab multiple.

      He selected horizantally in face mode holding shift+alt and switched to edge mode, hold shift+alt and deselected vertically
