@pedromartinez-xt7ye I would expect a comment like that from a Sony fan. Nintendo, Sony's eternal rival, nemesis from the beginning of time, the company that's responsible for there whole existence, is putting a game on a Nintendo system is a big deal! It's the beginning of a slightly open floodgates for potentially more games to come from Sony already put half of their games on pc alread, so don't you think with a more powerful switch 2, the potential of more of Sony high profile games mite comes to switch, especially with Sony sipping that Microsoft juice?
Screw that. We need a sequel to Lego City Undercover.

I didn't get why it was such a big surprise until I remembered Horizon is a Sony exclusive. Smart collaboration, and the game looks great.
I love the art style in Metaphor. People keep saying “Persona”, but this game is clearly its own thing. The character art style kinda reminds me of Berserk.

Metaphor Re Fantazio looks to be a strong GOTY contender. The 40 plus different types of "jobs" will give it a lot of replay value given it will be interesting to sew how each works, how the work together, and to figure out the best lineups for the bosses and such. Sony's lead is about 30 - 40 million console sales, so PlayStation is still winning the console war. At least for now.

@@vgnvideogameninja2930 Well it depends on how you count actual sales. During the PS2 era, Nintendo has sold 443.829 million units of hardware vs Sony's 363.77 million. During the Switch era, Sony has sold 120.3 million PS4s and PS5s to Nintendo's 164.64 million 3DS and Switch.

It makes sense, nearly all of the Lego games are multiplatform to appeal to the biggest audiences, with the biggest point of SonY agreeing to their IP being used on all platforms!!

@jonathanong4538 never. Nintendo doesn't need to, Sony and Microsoft need to send their ips out to multiplat because they aren't doing so well exclusively unlike Nintendo.

Nintendo doesn't have a strong reason to port their IP everywhere. Not like Sony does
I'd say the devs would want it to be multi platform, and Nintendo is notoriously not fond of that, for better or worse.
Lego would want the game coming out on everything. Nintendo would never let that happen. You won't be seeing Nintendo ip's on non-Nintendo consoles or PC.

I think select titles are going 3rd party. I don't forsee them putting the main series on the Switch. It makes sense for this game it's a W.
When Lego Zelda comes out, maybe it’ll be on PS5 because Sony and Nintendo are collaborating on the Legend of Zelda movie. Sony and Nintendo don’t hate each other now like they did 30 years ago. These companies want to make money off of each other…and get access to their customers. Haven’t you Sony fanboys noticed? Sony, as its business model is now, is in decline. They need to expand beyond the PlayStation console…thus the PC support.

Horizon games are good games not great. Lego games just okay the only thing I find Surprising is that anyone cares about this.
I think it's kind of Sony to finally do something where they we're okay with one of their IPs on a Nintendo platform I Hope one day Nintendo and All of the companies combined to make one cool game and sometimes have some of their games on different of their platforms 💙

🎮 Considering the backlash Microsoft has received for putting their games on other consoles, it's only natural that Sony will face backlash, but they won't face backlash because the industry has pampered them.
I'll pass on this because I am not a Lego or Horizon fan. It's very cool though that this is coming to Switch for those who like this.
PlayStation install base is (between PS4 & PS5 - BC w. PS4) 180 million, so Switch is behind that but 140 million is more than enough for them to hop aboard with this game and chase the money. That's exactly what this is, it's just them wanting to maximize profits. Nothing more. Xbox is being skipped because when they made some purchases, certain games that were in development for PS5 also were cancelled. This is a deliberate slap in the face to Microsoft and they're fighting fire with fire here.
At their last financial report, Sony said PS monthly active users were 118 million(including PC maybe?). And just recently said it’s 97 million with 49 million of those on PS4.
