Seriously, you do need to drink more water. Water has been called the universal solvent. Also, use extra virgin olive oil on your salads and if you do anything that calls for oil use it . It is very healthy. However, the water should help with the constipation. Watermelon helps as well because it is higher in liquid content. In addition, watermelon is high in potassium if you're low in potassium. Live long and prosper.

My kids both had stool testing done recently. One has Candida, the other SIBO. We're doing the protocol with a Wellness Way doctor.
