That was hiularious. I just gotta correct the 186 (at 46:08), Mettaton was indeed built as a human killing machine at first, even in the pacifist route. The reason it's only told in the genocide one is that here he (and Alphys) have you as an enemy and don't care to say that he was built to kill humans, as in the pacifist route Alphys doesn't want you to hate her for making human killing machines so she tells you he's malfunctioning.

@@jonatlisa5521 No, the blood is made in the bone marrow, and is commonly in thicker bones. Papyrus had his head cut off, and there's almost no marrow in the spine

4:12 Toriel has really hot fire magic so she probably just bakes the pie at like 4000°F for a single millisecond and then the pie is done
@Smashtron heat of that magnitude would turn into plasma and I can’t imagine toriel can pick up and throw plasma with her bare hands. But a really really really hot flame existing in the oven in a more non-specific area to cook a pie? I can see that happening.
I could bake these cooks at 400 degrees for 10 minutes, or i could bake them at 4,000 degrees for one minute! HOW ABOUT 4,000,000 DEGREES FOR 1 SECOND!
Well, as per the rules of boss monsters, thats in the lore somewhere, they can only age when they have a living child, for some reason. But since Asriel is dead, toriel and asgore can't age, so she most likely had a lot of time to master her powers

2 undyne is trying to kill you in that point on the game, so she won't help you out.
3 toriel wants to take care of the ruins, so she's probably too busy to help you.
4 asgore is trying to take your soul.

I don't usually watch "Everything Wrong With X" content, but this one is an exception due to how masterfully you conveyed the utter absurdity of Undertale's plot and characters that people seem to have just gotten used to
I agree about the fact that it does something masterfully (or may I say... gasterfully), but I think it just does a great job of nitpicking (bad) and making hilarious jokes (good)

48:46 I believe that it is blood, because in the game rating it says 'mild blood' unless I'm missing some other scene with it. Also, you have blood in your bone marrow, which is why he bleeds. (Papyrus didn't because you have minimal blood in your neck bone, which is where he was struck) Hope that helped!

* I know this is all in jest, but I just want to mention a few (a lot of) things:
* That first puzzle actually has a riddle that lets you solve the puzzle, with "neither walks the middle road" implying not to step on the middle buttons. The same is true with the spike room, with the sign saying "the west room is the east room's blueprint", implying you need to follow the same route as the lighter path to the west.
* Napstablook uses they/them :)
* You are just saying yes to buying a donut?? I'm not sure what the confusion is there??
* The balcony is basically meant to be like an access to the city, but the game doesn't want us to go there so it's just treated as a balcony. I'd assume there's stairs off-screen somewhere.
* The fire is lit with Toriel's fire magic, hence the fire not acting like regular fire (I don't think I've ever said fire so much before).
* Time is abstract somewhat within the game, and Toriel's preparations are just meant to show her lovingness so her destroying the door is off-putting.
* It's probably just Sans being Sans and being like "heh. lamp." but I like to think he puts the lamp there so that when it's late and he's telling jokes to Toriel, he can take it with him to guide his way :)
* Most of Papyrus' puzzles are super smart, he's just a lil stoopid sometimes and messes them up.
* Why did you point out the misspelling of "kids" and not the misspelling in the crossword that makes it unsolveable?
* I assume more people have blocked Papyrus than he has following him?? Or something??
* Again, Sans using a comb is the joke??
* The "I was gonna say something, but I forgot" is supposedly there because when he talks to you about the talking flower, everything (including Grillby's flames) stops moving, which implies Sans actually stops time to talk to you with no one overhearing.

* I'd figure the humans probably just. . . told them about the barrier's strength?? Just to rub salt in the wound about them losing and then likely never being able to escape?
* We don't see half of the underground either, it's think it's understandable that we could miss 2 NPCs as well.
* Again, time is somewhat abstract here, do you really want to be waiting for 2 hours in-game while Alphys adds stuff to your phone?
* I'd assume Mettaton transformed in his EX or NEO form, since both of those have mouths. After all, just because he calls them the debut of each body in his fights, it doesn't mean he's never used them before.
* The cameras actually are only throughout Snowdin - once you get to Waterfall, they stop appearing (although it is implied one is near the Undying bridge, and we just never get to find the interaction point for it).
* Alphys probably got the comic books at the garbage dump, as we know she visits it a lot and there's even an interactable anime DVD before the Mad Dummy fight that has "desparate claw marks" on it.
* I don't know how Mettaton being the machine to activate the Snowdin iteration of the tile puzzle is a sin? It's actually a really clever and neat callback, especially since if you backtrack then the "machine" disappears as soon as you meet Mettaton.
* Sign language is a thing, maybe the hand speaks through that and Toby didn't want to animate it for every word.
* Flowey killing Asgore doesn't impact your Pacifist run though???
* The SOULs revolt against Flowey and remove his powers, hence your SAVE file being restored.
* Undyne couldn't mail the letter?? The very next dialogue line you show is "The door has no mail slot." so you immediately contradicted your own point.
* Do you understand the concept of walking to a door after someone knocks on it?
* I'd guess Undyne couldn't take the riverboat to Hotland because we took it to deliver the letter and then probably took it back to Waterfall with Alphys, so it wouldn't be at Snowdin by the time Undyne decides she wants to take it, and thus has to walk all the way there.
* Why is the game glitching a sin? (Also, the reason you've never seen that fight is because Mad Mew Mew is exclusive to the Nintendo Switch!)
* The amalgamates are alive, but they're multiple monsters fighting for control over the same body, and Alphys being unable to give them their individuality back made her too stressed to continue with her experiments.
* Just because the monsters know there was a queen doesn't mean they'll recognise her when she finally reappears after about 100 years.
* Bratty and Catty bring up being hyped for the destruction of humanity in an earlier conversation before the barrier gets destroyed, hence them having. . . already said it??
* The spiders can't survive Snowdin's cold though, hence them needing to raise money for heated transportation.
* Undyne hesitates because she's not certain that Frisk is in the reeds. She looks around to see if they kept moving, and because she doesn't want to risk it if it's an innocent monster. She nearly makes that mistake with Monster Kid later on after throwing the spears at you in her first chase.
* She destroys the bridge for the same reason she does in Pacifist - because she thinks the fall with kill them. Unfortunately for her, flowers exist.
* Gerson is implied to be aware of aspects of how the game works, and knows that in a shop we can't attack.
* Again, how is a sad death a sin?? Should the game feel bad for. . . giving you emotions?
* Flowey means that he's basically made of pure determination, so us somehow having even more is genuinely confusing for him. And honestly, yeah, how are we stronger than a being made entirely of determination??
* Flowey thinks that we're Chara, and assumes Asgore will be able to recognise that too - it's easier to recognise one human as another human rather than recognising a flower as your son, after all.
* Chara knows of SAVE files, and knows we can reset them.
* Okay I'm done. I apologise for the essay.
* I. . . may have analysed this game too much.

I love how Charri goes out of his way and do extra to voice act the characters himself, even funnier that Flowey sounds like Mickey Mouse, that Burgerpants sounds like Ren Hoek (.. very fitting voice for him, lol), and that Monster Kid is the fucking TERMINATOR.

If you skip the undyne hangout in the neutral run then flowey asks you to do that
once you are finished undyne will tell you that papyrus told her to write a letter to alphys. Papyrus told her to write that letter. Who is pretty close to papyrus? Flowey! Flowey asked Papyrus to ask Undyne to write that letter. That only triggers after a neutral run because flowey is the one who decides to trigger it after a neutral run
Then again, if Flowey really did that, why wouldn't he remember about being nice in the end of a neutral route? He turns into Asriel and tries to kill you, so why would he do that and still be evil? Sorry about the brutal honesty btw. That just doesn't make sense to me.

I was thinking that it was a choice between harming sea grass that is under scientific protection or murdering a child who has as of the moment in question murdered half of the underground. The sin can remain valid due to Undyne picking the rediculous choice of not harming sea grass that is under protection. The only way I would consider the choice good is if the sea grass could be used for a future use that make it worth protecting over killing the human and saving the entire underground.

Monsters don't "control" their ATK and DEF, they automatically fluctuate with the emotions of the user. Sure, you could _probably_ use an attack that's weaker than your current ATK value, but the actual stat would remain the same.
