I just picked this up from a Costco in ND. I hadn't seen anything but the Small Batch before. It is pretty good and definitely has the 1792 characteristics in aroma and palate. I already regret not buying two bottles!
Nice review. I've had all three of the Kirkland bourbons and the BiB is my favorite of the three. Not bad for the price. 1792 Full Proof store picks are one of the best values in whiskey.
Cheers guys! another solid review... I have seen people try to push the kirkland stuff as non-allocated blantons. i guess because of the sazerac parent company - which is a real stretch and takes advantage of naivety and enthusiasn the newer drinkers. its good to know that even though they are misleading, they are at least selling a quality product at a great price. cheers! 🥃
Nice review. How’s it compared to Wild Turkey Rare Breed? It’s currently one of my favorite bourbon. Also wondering should I get this Kirkland Single Barrel if I can get 1L Wild Turkey 8 years for $25.
Hey Guys! Great Video! I haven’t been able to find the Single Barrel. Of the 3 Kirkland’s that exist, I can only find the Small Batch. I’ve never seen the other two. It’d be great to compare all 3. At least with the Kirkland Small Batch as compared to the 1792 Small Batch, the proof was just a tad bit higher, there was the sense a bit more age, overall flavor, again just a smidge better all around. With that being said, I found that the cost was a bit lower than the !792 Small Batch, but as you pointed out, these are Liter bottles, so it’s an even better value. That’s the long way of asking if the same holds true for the Single Barrel? Is it a better overall value as compared to it’s 1792 Single Barrel counterpart? Cheers fellas!! 🥃🪓

Same here! They're all sold out at my store now.

Weird! To be honest, I like this better than Blanton's.
Will have to grab one. Just for the record, if you ever see the Stedman's Wal-Mart Branded Barton sourced bottle leave it at the store.
Thanks for the tip!
Woooooh!!! 🤢🤮
You have too try this year's bottle, its so good i bought 4.
I'll definitely snag one if I see it!
My wife does the cinnamon sugar mix, mostly used for the kids french toast which is made often, she has her own measurements so it's consistent
So, it's not just Greg!
I've never mixed cinnamon. I think 1792 is already pretty affordable but if you can'y find it, these seems like a valid option.
Great price for a Single Barrel. 🥃
C'mon Sam's Club, get in the game! Actually mine doesn't have a liquor store anyways so nevermind. Love the price for a 1 liter. Cheers guys.
Cheers, Mike!
I'll have to start looking at Costco for 1
Total recommend!

A different profile, but definitely worth a try!

It's a better comparison to 1792 full proof since they're both high proof. I think this one holds up. We might have to do a comparison video!
