so i made my own shifting method, its called the 'the key and the door method" what you do is you lay in any position that makes you feel relaxed or comfortable. (Close your eyes like how you would when your sleeping) Then start thinking of sounds,smells,and things you would feel in your DR then once you feel like your calm and focused, imagine a very long rounded staircase..when you go up every step you keep counting like you take your first step and say "1" then second step you say "2" and so on, try to make the staircase long enough to atleast be able to count to 200! when youve officially counted to 200, if you feel dizzy,floaty or feel like your CR is not there anymore imagine a door and key on the ground, (if you havent felt dizzy flaoty then keep making the staircase grow and keep counting until you feel dizzzy or flaoty) then pick up the key and open the door, in the door you will see your DR self and your DR world, slowly go inside the door and say affirmations like "I have shifted" "I am shifting" ect. then once your inside the door...you should start to feel your surroundings change and hear,smell, or feel your DR, open your eyes slowly , And you should be there in your DR!

If you have dreams or imagine scenarios about your DR they could be possible memories from your self that lives in that reality finding you in this CR because your individual selves are aligning (if that makes sense). Shimmy Shay talked about this as well. It’s a great sign that you’re very close to shifting!✨
Really?! I just had a dream about my DR and i haven’t shifted yet but i was fighting with one of the main characters in there and it was so random because I never dream about that stuff and I was a little confused on what happened when I woke up but this clears things up!!
The pillow method is when you go to sleep with your script under your pillow. That’s all there is to the method, it’s super easy! I like to read my script before and actively think about my DR when I try to fall asleep - just something I like to add to the method myself 🙃
I’m shifting to How to Train Your Dragon, and there aren’t any guided meditations on it. So what I’m planning to do today is make an audio of me saying my script, then add some ambient music in the background and fall asleep visualizing that :)

So, I think I shifted, but it might have just been one heck of a dream. So, first off, I woke up on the couch in Grimmauld place (Deathly Hallows era). I was wearing a loose t-shirt and long plaid p-j pants, which I had scripted. Now, funny thing, I'm a die hard slytherin (and a "nice" death eater") so my shirt had a dark mark on it. Anyways, I heard Kreature clinking pots, and he dropped a bunch, which woke Harry, Ron, and Hermione. We all went to go see what happened, but not before I grabbed my wand. I shaked it a bit, and my snake Asmodeus who can fuse to it slithered up my arm and around my neck (think of what Nagini does) anyways, Kreature was fine, and I decide to go do diagon alley, The trio advice me against it, because it's a dangerous place right now, with death eaters about. I remind them that I'm a pureblood slytherin "I think I'll be fine" I tell them. If people like this enough I'll tell more of the story. Ok, so basically before I went to Diagon alley, I waved my wand and my outfit changed into a combat ready but still stylish outfit (I scripted that) Then, I stopped by the cafe down the road. I walked inside, and BOY did it smell good in there. I ordered a hot chocolate (I don't like coffee) and a bagel. I sit down in a both near the entrance, and you will never guess who's also there. Yaxley. (I think that's how you spell it) I almost choke on my food. So, as you know, I'm a "nice death eater" (it's complicated) and I walk over to where he's sitting and I hiss "What the hell are you doing here?" "What do you think? I'm trying to find Potter. We've had reports of him in this area, which you know of course, so I'm going to be the one who finds him. The Dark Lord will reward me beyond all others!" "Mhm" I say, trying to hide an eye roll. "Well, good luck on it, see you later." He doesn't even respond, he was too busy in thought. Now, if you're confused about why I wasn't helping him find Harry, well, it was because of two things, one out of spite because I was mad (I'll go into detail later), AND because I had been friends with the golden trio since my first year. Ok. Story Part 3. I walked out of the cafe, and found my way into a dark alleyway. I perfect place to apparate. I do a little flick of my wand, and whoosh, I'm at Diagon Alley. "If only we had apparating in my cr." I think. You might be wondering, "wait, wasn't she in her dr?" well yes, but it's still ME. You have your memories and stuff. But anyways, I walk down the main path, with cobbled steps. There's so much cool stuff to buy, but that's not my intention. I had a purpose, I wasn't actually bored. I took a turn down knockturn alley, and headed straight for Burgan and Buke's. The man at the register gave me an annoyed look and said "What's a youngin like you doin' ere'? Shouldn't you be 'n school?" "No sir. I have other business here." I say is a fake polite tone. "And I would recommend not calling me 'youngin' again" To make the message a little clearer, I tap the tip of my wand." "Geez, kids have no respect for their elders. Anyways, what were you here for?" "Vanishing cabinet" I say. With these words, is face turns. "How do you know about that?" "Never you mind. All I want to know is where is it?" I ask. He points a finger to the back end of the shop. "Thank you" I say with a smile. I walk over and carefully open it. With my wand I summon a letter that I wrote yesterday. I place it in and close the door. It only takes a few moments for the magic to happen (see what I did there hehe) It's the same letter, except now it has the dark mark burned across the entire page. "Well, they got it." I close the door again, with the letter in my pocket. At this point I decide to take a break and wake up. I say my safeword, which is "hotbread", and immediately wake up in my cr. Anyways, let me know if you have any questions.
That was very oddly specific lol, but if you didn’t have to use a safe word or movement to leave your dr, it may have just been a dream. I don’t think you can be forced out of your dr by an outside force. Also, if you ever find yourself debating if it was a dream or a shift, chances are it was a very lucid dream that you were able to remember because your conscious mind was already prepared to wake up. But if you haven’t shifted already you are super close and lucid dreams like that are a big sign that you are super close! Next time you have a lucid dream try shifting from there because I’ve heard it works and helps with visualization because you literally see it.

I made my own method called the Rosé method so: 1. Lay down and repeat some affirmations 2. Close your eyes and visualise yourself in a rose garden wearing a cute little dress with a bag 3. Pick up a rose that you like and pretend it has a piece of paper in it that has some affirmations on it 4. You pick it up and put it in your little bag :)) 5. Suddenly, your favourite bird flies past and drops something: A KEY! 6. You try to look for the keyhole u until you suddenly drop down into the hole. 7. It's a rabbit hole and you slide down 8. Confirm your identity and begin visualising some 'memories' from your DR 9. You land and there is a door. 10. You try to put the key in the keyhole: IT UNLOCKS!! 11. There is a white light and you enter your DR room. 12. You go to your DR bed and fall asleep ( pls dont hate lol, I made it just now lmao)

I'm a beginner shifter and I think I shifted? It usually happens when I'm half awake and half asleep where I start to have dreams. I didn't make a script but the last thing I did before going to sleep was looking at Emily in Paris cast members on Instagram (since I'm obsessed with the show) and somehow I ended up dreaming I was hanging out with the cast as if I was Lily Collins and that Lucas Bravo was being smitten with me at a restaurant while Camille was lowkey jealous of me but was a good friend. It was REALLY vivid. After, I woke up because of some loud sounds and went back to sleep, but I had another vivid dream with Lily Collins as herself while I was being there as myself in a huge mansion. A party was taking place and there was a scary horror story happening in the mansion... haha I guess what works is to be in the dream state which happens around 11am during the day when you're half awake/half asleep, and looking at visuals (mine was social media) as the last thing before going to sleep.
YOUR METHOD WORKS! I was super close to shifting and I was about to fall asleep with the sub and my dad came in and decided to take my phone downstairs 🙄 I did have very vivid dreams though and I was hearing voices from my DR I think I heard Luna talking idk but it sounded like her.
I was having trouble successfully shifting and I was having failed attempt after failed attempt. I sorta lost motivation and then I watched this video and tried out your method. I ACTUALLY SHIFTED. i think its because we have the mindset that we are trying to shift when were trying to shift thats holding us back. Cuz wen u dont try to shift, you dont rlly think that you have to shift but then you might just accidentally shift.
I think I shifted yesterday, I’m really not sure. I mean I felt my body in the starfish position because I was doing the Raven method, but I was seeing things and I remember everything but it didn’t feel completely real. I didn’t have to say my SafeWord to come out either so I am really confused. I was hoping you could help me!
you guys should really listen to the guided meditation that she recommended bc I got so close to shifting. I felt my head spinning and like I was coming out of my body. I had a lucid dream where I woke up in my room in the Slytherin house and Draco was sitting on the couch waiting for me. I asked where Mattheo was and everything went black and then I woke up in my room from my dorm (how I scripted), but then my alarm went of for school. So I think I got to my dr by lucid dreaming from listening to that guided meditation.h
Hey guys!!!!I created my own method so i wanna share! I called it levander field. Just imagime a hudge levander field. Walk on the field to the half and i the half imagine a mirror. Look in to the mirror and see you DR yourself. Then walk the last half the field and on the end of the field imagine your DR house or school or whatever you want. Go to you DR bedroom or favorite place and fall a sleep there! And you are done!

Ive never shifted before and I was kinda scared and thought something bad might happen but ive just binge watched some of your shifting videos and watched a few other vids and ive got confidence about shifting now and I really want to try. Ive got hope about it now so im going to try and shift to hogwarts tonight bc ive become obsessed with it and draco so hopefully something will happen one day :)
I made a method. I didn't shift. But I felt my arms twitch. And this is for the dream smp.First you lay down like a star fish and close you eyes. Imagine you as you dr character and in the main menu. You go to multiplayer and dream comes from behind you and clicks the button to join a server. He types the dream smp ip. He's says click it. And you get nervous. But you decide to press the button and then the loading screen pops up. You get flashes of what happens in you dr and you wait. When you feel close to shifting imagine dream saying are you ready if you are say yes if you aren't say no. Hope this helps people when trying to shift to the dream smp. :3
i really enjoy this channel and im excited to watch this journey! i realize that we have similar issues trying to shift, ie. trying to find the balance between not expecting too much but also not discouraging yourself. the method may not have yet worked for you, but i think i may try it out (: in my opinion, it seems more fun than the shay method.

So I have never actually shifted but one time after I opened my eyes I was in a cottage core kitty café LIKE I SCRIPTED for like 3 seconds but then I saw my CR again! I personally like to use the Julia / I am method and I start feeling symptoms like a minute into it, I recommend it. :)
My friend was close to shifting three times and has all of the symptoms and almost shifted once but heard a noise outside and got too much adrenaline so then she went out of it.
You should try my shifting method!!!Here is my shifting method I just created its called the 🌊wave🌊method 1st step:visualize the waves in the ocean Step 2:repeat affirmations like,I will shift to my DR I am shifting to my DR etc. Step 3:Breath in and out 10 times then fall asleep and then u will wake up in ur DR
how about this: script then meditate and read over your script. then lie down and start visualizing watching a sunset with your dr comfort character. as the sun sets repeat affirmations back and fourth with said comfort character. (ex. you: "i have shifted" comfort character: "you have shifted". after the sun sets hug the character good bye and start visualizing your dr. visualize the most important things that are gonna happen in your dr (in order) until you fall asleep.

I’ve never fully thought out my method but I think I’m gonna write it down- since the first time I tried shifting I used this method and I got really close (but I’m glad I didn’t shift because I didn’t have a script and it would go horrible if I actually went with that kind of timeline) *The alter method:* [Subliminals are optional, is usually put on a loop of ambiance and soft sad music] Start with meditation until your heart beat has slowed and you feel calmed, repeat some affirmations in your head (or out loud) Usually I bury my head in a pillow so that I can still breathe but my eyes are covered (mostly since I’ts hard for me to keep my eyes closed when doing a method) Start visualising what will happen when you wake up in your dr, what will you be thinking? What will you do? Where will you be? Will you smell or hear anything? Will anyone be there? Continue doing so for a little bit, then start visualising any emotional moments in your dr that you may feel strongly connected too (I did things like comforting someone, seeing someone come back after their death… anything that makes you feel strong emotions) Then go back to visualising what happens when you wake up but continue from where you were. This could go on through the full day or just for a little while Now keep on altering back and forth from these two visualisations and continue even when you feel like you may already have shifted
I made my own method too it's alot of methods mixed so you imagine climbing stairs and when you get to the top you see ur character he she asks if you are ready to go and you guys jump into a black he and you see falling and falling and then you see water and your character that you want to come coming from the other side of the water and when you get close while falling and you connect with them and then you become ur character and u while falling youa re saying "I can shift" amd keep falling
Affirmation method (none visual method) Step 1) Reapt "I am" multiple times until you feel symptoms. Step 2 (optional): count if you want and then say an affirmation. Or just say an affirmation. "I am [inster age] anything related to your DR Step 3) Once the symptoms grt stronger or get in a void state. Then just repeat "I am giving myself permisson to shift" or "I intended to wake up in my desired reality"
I never understood- when you're visualizing I find it difficult to visualize from a 1st person pov... I always visualize in a 3rd person pov. does that effect it? will it hard more than help? do I need to work on my 1st person visualization?
I legit fall asleep counting sheep in my head. So i count sheep and when i get sleepy, i let myself be even when i get the numbers wrong, and then when i'm sure i'm drowsy, i stop counting and just wait to fall asleep while visualizing a ship couple. I've done that almost every night. (tho i dont do the sheep thing every night, the visualizing thing is normal) but i usually imagine ships so its a bit difficult to imagine myself but its a bit easy since im sort of experienced with visualizing before falling asleep. the most diffcult part is not moving-
I was so close to shifting 5 times but my heart kept racing and I could fall asleep. My body went completely numb and when I pulled myself out of the trance again and again , my mind felt drained and dizzy , I could see glimpses of my dr but since I could fall asleep I couldn’t make it over
I’m getting symptoms such as my body vibrating and feel as if it’s being lifted off of the bed but as soon as I become aware of these symptoms I think about my bed and my room and I can feel the symptoms dissolving away. Any tips to fix this problem?
Focus is the key, and don't get too excited and open your eyes. You should script that when you're in your DR your eyes automatically open or you smell a particular smell. Hope this helps :) happy shifting

Fan fact you may not know (for those reading): A subliminal is something that is processed by your subconscious mind and not the conscious mind, mostly due to the fact that our conscious mind cannot process everything, and this is usually done through audio. Ambient music isn't a subliminal unless it has subliminal audio within it, to clarify. There are shifting subliminals on youtube, however (among other kinds of subliminals).
i like to visualize my dr or cr, idk i just imagine a person who i call myselg lying on grass thats a little bit long, and there is wid thats making my hair and grass flow and my dr characters like the weasleys are running around playing with each other or chasing each other and laughing and maybe hermione lying beside me reading and just basically ppl hanging out around me.

Does this give me the ability to shift myself to the past date 2/11/1994, change my birthdate to January 30,1990, live with my same parents, and stay on that designated date as a four-year-old for real physically while negating my old reality and continuing my life from there all at the same time? Can I also create my desired past or reality like changing my appearance, what life I want, what family do I want, what nationality/ethnicity I want, etc with this? Because I want to shift to a reality where I am German/Austrian-American born on February 10, 1990, where my dad is German /Austrian American and my mother is Jewish, and I am a future Olympic soccer player for team USA.
Do I need to script my desires like what family I want to have, what nationality/ethnicity, house, car, room, school, university, past, present future, and enable me to stay in my fictional dream forever, while continuing my life from there etc?

I'm going to use this method tonight so I could got to mha/bnha so I can be happy updates tomorrow! Update: so I try raven method slot and the closest I'd get is white lights and a little bit of flashing and I wouldn't get the heart racing (which is a big sign to me) so I tried this last night and.... I SMELT COTTON CANDY which is the scent I chose I'm going to try it again tonight but with a different subliminal at the end because my 2nd subliminal gives me basic all symptoms my 1st one is perfect for meditation but the 3rd removes all the symptoms- Goodluck yall!

If you want to know, my cat is white with heterochromatic eyes, green on right, blue on left. Step 4.♡ The cat then wraps it's tail around your legs and starts purring. Try to feel it's fur, and hear the purring. Step 5.♡ The cat starts to run off, signaling you to follow. Step 6.♡ Follow the cat, if you aren't ready repeat some affirmations, like "I can do this" Step 7.♡ Eventually, the cat leads you to stairs. The stairs may look however you like and it can take as long as you want until you get there. Step 8.♡ The cat goes up the stairs, signaling for you to open the door. Hi! I don't know if you'll see this but there is a shifting to Hogwarts guided meditation bridge method. I've tried it and got close. I think you might like it.
I‘m just watching shifting videos for fun. I tried it about three times and I felt symptoms. Another time it became very creepy because I wasn‘t really in my body but I was in my room and a shadow person wanted me to go with him. It did not feel like a dream and after refusing to go with him I partially woke up. My legs felt as if they were floating and then my whole body started to feel very heavy. Until then I couldn‘t move😅 these were the strongest symptoms (I‘m not sure if the man was a symptom too) I felt but it happened during a nap in the afternoon. When I tried it at night I just felt the symptoms and fell asleep. Maybe you can successfully shift during a nap🥰 I hope this is helpful and I‘m sorry for any mistakes I made, I‘m Austrian (not Australian!!!), so English isn‘t my native language😅

It may help to script that you won’t get too attached to your desired reality so that it’s easier to come back. Or, you could script that you don’t fall in love at all and that all your relationships are platonic.
I'm thinking about trying your method when I shift tonight, right now I have a few on my mind and this is a top contender. I really want to try it, so if I do, I'll let you know how it goes!

If you have dreams or imagine scenarios about your DR they could be possible memories from your self that lives in that reality finding you in this CR because your individual selves are aligning (if that makes sense). Shimmy Shay talked about this as well.

The pillow method is when you go to sleep with your script under your pillow. That’s all there is to the method, it’s super easy!
I like to read my script before and actively think about my DR when I try to fall asleep - just something I like to add to the method myself 🙃

I’m shifting to How to Train Your Dragon, and there aren’t any guided meditations on it. So what I’m planning to do today is make an audio of me saying my script, then add some ambient music in the background and fall asleep visualizing that :)

So, I think I shifted, but it might have just been one heck of a dream. So, first off, I woke up on the couch in Grimmauld place (Deathly Hallows era). I was wearing a loose t-shirt and long plaid p-j pants, which I had scripted. Now, funny thing, I'm a die hard slytherin (and a "nice" death eater") so my shirt had a dark mark on it. Anyways, I heard Kreature clinking pots, and he dropped a bunch, which woke Harry, Ron, and Hermione. We all went to go see what happened, but not before I grabbed my wand. I shaked it a bit, and my snake Asmodeus who can fuse to it slithered up my arm and around my neck (think of what Nagini does) anyways, Kreature was fine, and I decide to go do diagon alley, The trio advice me against it, because it's a dangerous place right now, with death eaters about. I remind them that I'm a pureblood slytherin "I think I'll be fine" I tell them.
If people like this enough I'll tell more of the story.
Ok, so basically before I went to Diagon alley, I waved my wand and my outfit changed into a combat ready but still stylish outfit (I scripted that) Then, I stopped by the cafe down the road. I walked inside, and BOY did it smell good in there. I ordered a hot chocolate (I don't like coffee) and a bagel. I sit down in a both near the entrance, and you will never guess who's also there. Yaxley. (I think that's how you spell it) I almost choke on my food. So, as you know, I'm a "nice death eater" (it's complicated) and I walk over to where he's sitting and I hiss "What the hell are you doing here?"
"What do you think? I'm trying to find Potter. We've had reports of him in this area, which you know of course, so I'm going to be the one who finds him. The Dark Lord will reward me beyond all others!"
"Mhm" I say, trying to hide an eye roll. "Well, good luck on it, see you later." He doesn't even respond, he was too busy in thought. Now, if you're confused about why I wasn't helping him find Harry, well, it was because of two things, one out of spite because I was mad (I'll go into detail later), AND because I had been friends with the golden trio since my first year.
Ok. Story Part 3.
I walked out of the cafe, and found my way into a dark alleyway. I perfect place to apparate. I do a little flick of my wand, and whoosh, I'm at Diagon Alley. "If only we had apparating in my cr." I think. You might be wondering, "wait, wasn't she in her dr?" well yes, but it's still ME. You have your memories and stuff. But anyways, I walk down the main path, with cobbled steps. There's so much cool stuff to buy, but that's not my intention. I had a purpose, I wasn't actually bored. I took a turn down knockturn alley, and headed straight for Burgan and Buke's. The man at the register gave me an annoyed look and said
"What's a youngin like you doin' ere'? Shouldn't you be 'n school?"
"No sir. I have other business here." I say is a fake polite tone. "And I would recommend not calling me 'youngin' again" To make the message a little clearer, I tap the tip of my wand."
"Geez, kids have no respect for their elders. Anyways, what were you here for?"
"Vanishing cabinet" I say. With these words, is face turns.
"How do you know about that?"
"Never you mind. All I want to know is where is it?" I ask. He points a finger to the back end of the shop. "Thank you" I say with a smile. I walk over and carefully open it. With my wand I summon a letter that I wrote yesterday. I place it in and close the door. It only takes a few moments for the magic to happen (see what I did there hehe) It's the same letter, except now it has the dark mark burned across the entire page. "Well, they got it." I close the door again, with the letter in my pocket. At this point I decide to take a break and wake up. I say my safeword, which is "hotbread", and immediately wake up in my cr. Anyways, let me know if you have any questions.
That was very oddly specific lol, but if you didn’t have to use a safe word or movement to leave your dr, it may have just been a dream. I don’t think you can be forced out of your dr by an outside force. Also, if you ever find yourself debating if it was a dream or a shift, chances are it was a very lucid dream that you were able to remember because your conscious mind was already prepared to wake up. But if you haven’t shifted already you are super close and lucid dreams like that are a big sign that you are super close! Next time you have a lucid dream try shifting from there because I’ve heard it works and helps with visualization because you literally see it.

I made my own method called the Rosé method so:
1. Lay down and repeat some affirmations
2. Close your eyes and visualise yourself in a rose garden wearing a cute little dress with a bag
3. Pick up a rose that you like and pretend it has a piece of paper in it that has some affirmations on it
4. You pick it up and put it in your little bag :))
5. Suddenly, your favourite bird flies past and drops something: A KEY!
6. You try to look for the keyhole u until you suddenly drop down into the hole.
7. It's a rabbit hole and you slide down
8. Confirm your identity and begin visualising some 'memories' from your DR
9. You land and there is a door.
10. You try to put the key in the keyhole: IT UNLOCKS!!
11. There is a white light and you enter your DR room.
12. You go to your DR bed and fall asleep

I'm a beginner shifter and I think I shifted? It usually happens when I'm half awake and half asleep where I start to have dreams. I didn't make a script but the last thing I did before going to sleep was looking at Emily in Paris cast members on Instagram (since I'm obsessed with the show) and somehow I ended up dreaming I was hanging out with the cast as if I was Lily Collins and that Lucas Bravo was being smitten with me at a restaurant while Camille was lowkey jealous of me but was a good friend. It was REALLY vivid. After, I woke up because of some loud sounds and went back to sleep, but I had another vivid dream with Lily Collins as herself while I was being there as myself in a huge mansion. A party was taking place and there was a scary horror story happening in the mansion... haha I guess what works is to be in the dream state which happens around 11am during the day when you're half awake/half asleep, and looking at visuals (mine was social media) as the last thing before going to sleep.
YOUR METHOD WORKS! I was super close to shifting and I was about to fall asleep with the sub and my dad came in and decided to take my phone downstairs 🙄 I did have very vivid dreams though and I was hearing voices from my DR I think I heard Luna talking idk but it sounded like her.

i think its because we have the mindset that we are trying to shift when were trying to shift thats holding us back. Cuz wen u dont try to shift, you dont rlly think that you have to shift but then you might just accidentally shift.
I think I shifted yesterday, I’m really not sure. I mean I felt my body in the starfish position because I was doing the Raven method, but I was seeing things and I remember everything but it didn’t feel completely real. I didn’t have to say my SafeWord to come out either so I am really confused. I was hoping you could help me!

you guys should really listen to the guided meditation that she recommended bc I got so close to shifting. I felt my head spinning and like I was coming out of my body. I had a lucid dream where I woke up in my room in the Slytherin house and Draco was sitting on the couch waiting for me. I asked where Mattheo was and everything went black and then I woke up in my room from my dorm (how I scripted), but then my alarm went of for school. So I think I got to my dr by lucid dreaming from listening to that guided meditation.h
Hey guys!!!!I created my own method so i wanna share! I called it levander field.
Just imagime a hudge levander field. Walk on the field to the half and i the half imagine a mirror. Look in to the mirror and see you DR yourself. Then walk the last half the field and on the end of the field imagine your DR house or school or whatever you want. Go to you DR bedroom or favorite place and fall a sleep there! And you are done!
i'm gonna try it for three days and leave results to see if it worked or not! ty ty ty for this method it seems so perfect!!! ❤ (i'll keep you guys updated)

Ive never shifted before and I was kinda scared and thought something bad might happen but ive just binge watched some of your shifting videos and watched a few other vids and ive got confidence about shifting now and I really want to try. Ive got hope about it now so im going to try and shift to hogwarts tonight bc ive become obsessed with it and draco so hopefully something will happen one day :)
I made a method. I didn't shift. But I felt my arms twitch. And this is for the dream smp.First you lay down like a star fish and close you eyes. Imagine you as you dr character and in the main menu. You go to multiplayer and dream comes from behind you and clicks the button to join a server. He types the dream smp ip. He's says click it. And you get nervous. But you decide to press the button and then the loading screen pops up. You get flashes of what happens in you dr and you wait. When you feel close to shifting imagine dream saying are you ready if you are say yes if you aren't say no. Hope this helps people when trying to shift to the dream smp. :3

i really enjoy this channel and im excited to watch this journey! i realize that we have similar issues trying to shift, ie. trying to find the balance between not expecting too much but also not discouraging yourself. the method may not have yet worked for you, but i think i may try it out (: in my opinion, it seems more fun than the shay method.

So I have never actually shifted but one time after I opened my eyes I was in a cottage core kitty café LIKE I SCRIPTED for like 3 seconds but then I saw my CR again! I personally like to use the Julia / I am method and I start feeling symptoms like a minute into it, I recommend it. :)

how about this: script then meditate and read over your script. then lie down and start visualizing watching a sunset with your dr comfort character.
as the sun sets repeat affirmations back and fourth with said comfort character. (ex. you: "i have shifted" comfort character: "you have shifted". after the sun sets hug the character good bye and start visualizing your dr. visualize the most important things that are gonna happen in your dr (in order) until you fall asleep.

I want to do this method along with the pillow method because that one works amazing and I almost shifted last time I used it.
I’ve never fully thought out my method but I think I’m gonna write it down- since the first time I tried shifting I used this method and I got really close (but I’m glad I didn’t shift because I didn’t have a script and it would go horrible if I actually went with that kind of timeline)
*The alter method:*
[Subliminals are optional, is usually put on a loop of ambiance and soft sad music]
Start with meditation until your heart beat has slowed and you feel calmed, repeat some affirmations in your head (or out loud)
Usually I bury my head in a pillow so that I can still breathe but my eyes are covered (mostly since I’ts hard for me to keep my eyes closed when doing a method)
Start visualising what will happen when you wake up in your dr, what will you be thinking? What will you do? Where will you be? Will you smell or hear anything? Will anyone be there?
Continue doing so for a little bit, then start visualising any emotional moments in your dr that you may feel strongly connected too (I did things like comforting someone, seeing someone come back after their death… anything that makes you feel strong emotions)
Then go back to visualising what happens when you wake up but continue from where you were. This could go on through the full day or just for a little while
Now keep on altering back and forth from these two visualisations and continue even when you feel like you may already have shifted

I made my own method too it's alot of methods mixed so you imagine climbing stairs and when you get to the top you see ur character he she asks if you are ready to go and you guys jump into a black he and you see falling and falling and then you see water and your character that you want to come coming from the other side of the water and when you get close while falling and you connect with them and then you become ur character and u while falling youa re saying "I can shift" amd keep falling
Affirmation method (none visual method)
Step 1) Reapt "I am" multiple times until you feel symptoms.
Step 2 (optional): count if you want and then say an affirmation. Or just say an affirmation. "I am [inster age] anything related to your DR
Step 3) Once the symptoms grt stronger or get in a void state. Then just repeat "I am giving myself permisson to shift" or "I intended to wake up in my desired reality"
I never understood- when you're visualizing I find it difficult to visualize from a 1st person pov... I always visualize in a 3rd person pov. does that effect it? will it hard more than help? do I need to work on my 1st person visualization?
I legit fall asleep counting sheep in my head. So i count sheep and when i get sleepy, i let myself be even when i get the numbers wrong, and then when i'm sure i'm drowsy, i stop counting and just wait to fall asleep while visualizing a ship couple. I've done that almost every night. (tho i dont do the sheep thing every night, the visualizing thing is normal) but i usually imagine ships so its a bit difficult to imagine myself but its a bit easy since im sort of experienced with visualizing before falling asleep.
the most diffcult part is not moving-
I was so close to shifting 5 times but my heart kept racing and I could fall asleep. My body went completely numb and when I pulled myself out of the trance again and again , my mind felt drained and dizzy , I could see glimpses of my dr but since I could fall asleep I couldn’t make it over
I have an anxiety of shifting and then never returning to my real life. I was always so scared

Focus is the key, and don't get too excited and open your eyes. You should script that when you're in your DR your eyes automatically open or you smell a particular smell. Hope this helps :) happy shifting

Fan fact you may not know (for those reading): A subliminal is something that is processed by your subconscious mind and not the conscious mind, mostly due to the fact that our conscious mind cannot process everything, and this is usually done through audio. Ambient music isn't a subliminal unless it has subliminal audio within it, to clarify. There are shifting subliminals on youtube, however (among other kinds of subliminals).

I'm fearful about using a script as it feels as though I'm removing free will from the people of the reality I'm shifting to.
Also: If you don't use Subliminals I recommend a ticking clock. This just helps you know that you're still in your CR, pretty simple.

Does this give me the ability to shift myself to the past date 2/11/1994, change my birthdate to January 30,1990, live with my same parents, and stay on that designated date as a four-year-old for real physically while negating my old reality and continuing my life from there all at the same time?
Can I also create my desired past or reality like changing my appearance, what life I want, what family do I want, what nationality/ethnicity I want, etc with this? Because I want to shift to a reality where I am German/Austrian-American born on February 10, 1990, where my dad is German /Austrian American and my mother is Jewish, and I am a future Olympic soccer player for team USA.
Do I need to script my desires like what family I want to have, what nationality/ethnicity, house, car, room, school, university, past, present future, and enable me to stay in my fictional dream forever, while continuing my life from there etc?
Everything around me in my dr will be 100% physically real where I can touch, feel, taste, look, and hear things just like in my current reality?
Also I think Im similar you are! Because I feel like when something I want happening, it doesn’t but when I kind of least expect it, it happens so if you find a way around that, please let me know cause I have the same problem haha

Update: so I try raven method slot and the closest I'd get is white lights and a little bit of flashing and I wouldn't get the heart racing (which is a big sign to me) so I tried this last night and.... I SMELT COTTON CANDY which is the scent I chose I'm going to try it again tonight but with a different subliminal at the end because my 2nd subliminal gives me basic all symptoms my 1st one is perfect for meditation but the 3rd removes all the symptoms- Goodluck yall!

Imagine a cat runs up to you. The cat may look like however you like. If you need ideas, search up for cat photos before starting the method. If you want to know, my cat is white with heterochromatic eyes, green on right, blue on left.
Step 4.♡
The cat then wraps it's tail around your legs and starts purring. Try to feel it's fur, and hear the purring.
Step 5.♡
The cat starts to run off, signaling you to follow.
Step 6.♡
Follow the cat, if you aren't ready repeat some affirmations, like "I can do this"
Step 7.♡
Eventually, the cat leads you to stairs. The stairs may look however you like and it can take as long as you want until you get there.
Step 8.♡
The cat goes up the stairs, signaling for you to open the door.
Step 9.♡
You open the door and inside is your DR bedroom.
Step 10.♡
Go inside, once you do you will transform into your DR self.
Step 11.♡
You climb into bed and the cat jumps onto your lap. Try to feel the cat jump onto you. Do they have their nails out? Do they start kneading your blanket?
Step 12.♡
You go to sleep (not actually) and once you feel ready, open your eyes and you shall be there.

i definitely need a method without visualization bc i just get frustrated bc i struggle with visualizing things clearly sometimes
I‘m just watching shifting videos for fun. I tried it about three times and I felt symptoms. Another time it became very creepy because I wasn‘t really in my body but I was in my room and a shadow person wanted me to go with him. It did not feel like a dream and after refusing to go with him I partially woke up. My legs felt as if they were floating and then my whole body started to feel very heavy. Until then I couldn‘t move😅 these were the strongest symptoms (I‘m not sure if the man was a symptom too) I felt but it happened during a nap in the afternoon. When I tried it at night I just felt the symptoms and fell asleep. Maybe you can successfully shift during a nap🥰 I hope this is helpful and I‘m sorry for any mistakes I made, I‘m Austrian (not Australian!!!), so English isn‘t my native language😅
Hi There When I do the pillow method right I just put the script under my bed and sleep or do I need to visualize if I do need to visualize what do I need to?

It may help to script that you won’t get too attached to your desired reality so that it’s easier to come back. Or, you could script that you don’t fall in love at all and that all your relationships are platonic.
