Back in the 50s we had mental health hospitals they were massive but a lot of patients were very ill they stayed there until they died some people just don't want help but must be taken out of society sad yes but it must be done rebuild massive mental hospitals it works

The surrounding constant noise and high percentage of theft and violence would the primary problems. You have to leave your place at some point to get accommodations hoping your stuff is still there. There’s no police protection. Zoo animals and incarceration has it better. If you get sick or injured requiring hospitalization or short term incarceration your property is vulnerable to theft. For city cleanup, you have to move all your stuff.
