    Thank you for your no nonsense no music teaching, so clear. Does this look even if you are increasing on socks, because you are adding both sides, do they come symmetrical? I always get one side wonky and one side nice on the toe increases when making socks I have tried everything and it is non predictable and I don't know why. I HAVE watched your other increase videos but still wonky.

      Hi Barbara. Yes, these increases will work great in most cases, including shaping socks. They look very similar when used on both sides of the project and shouldn't be wonky. Because we make two stitches out of one, the fabric is usually quite dense with no holes or loose strands. Happy knitting :-)

    Wonderful tutorial! Clear , concise and straight to the point! Thanks so much for sharing! Do you pronounce your first name Mareeena or Mary na? I want to get it right! Thanks again!

      It's Mareeena. Maryna is a Ukrainian spelling of the common name Marina. Thank you for asking :-)

    Nice! How do I do this on the wrong side? Do I just purl normally all the way and then increase when I have the right side up?

    • @10rowsaday
      @10rowsaday  3 года назад

      Usually, these increases are made on the right / knit side of the work. On a purl side, you can probably purl a stitch through the front and through the back loop, but I haven't tested this method yet.
