Sir, I have seen, in many including me, that when one goes to a sitting position from standing there comes a clicking sound from ones’ knees, some times a single sound and multiple at other.
I have experienced this sound from many years, but it was not painful.
But recently I have seen that it is becoming a little uncomfortable and it has starting paining a bit, in the knee part, while sitting in a cross legged position.
Will you advice me on this sir, I will be very grateful.
I am of 25 odd years, and unwilling to go on meds so easily. Preferring exercises and lifestyle change, if it be of help.
