Gordon Ramsey's wish was to teach Britain how to cook. Latif is showing the planet, at least those fortunate enough to have found your channel. I am so inspired by you.
Latif man i’l be honest I’ve watched your channel grow and yourself on recording, your camera confidence to your wording and chosen vocabulary at the right time. This looks absolutely Gorgeous! Normally i’m a Chicken, Meat, Beef, Lamb kinda guy but wow This looks mouth watering!!! Keep up the inspiring videos Mar sha Allah
Made it for dinner, what a great meal! Would really appreciate more vegetarian curries like this =) Thanks so much for the easy-to-follow instructions.
I made this yesterday but as I'm watching my diet I only used a teaspoon of oil, and I also used fresh ginger and garlic and cooked the potatoes in the gravy rather than separate. It's delicious!! I had it with rice and a simple dhal, can't recommend it enough.
Made this for 2nd time today. Love it love it love it. Bless you bro for sharing these fantastic recipes. You have made my family so happy with all these wonderful recipes.
Cooked this tonight mate very very good will definitely do it again better than a takeaway along with you egg fried rice which we have had several times thanks for sharing
Hi Latif I must say that you inspire others to try all your wonderful cooking. Although I have been cooking for the last forty years. I have tried to make a lot of your dishes. My family loved them all. Thanks for sharing.
I appreciate your youtube broadcasts. Indian/Pakistani food has always been such a mystery to me. You are helping me understand how it is done. Thank you.
Totally scrumptilicious,,,, I have been doing "Bombay" spuds for years, and try all different recipes,, as of course there are a zillion, options in all "Indian" foods!! In fact I was once told there is no such thing as an "Indian" food recipe,, because of the endless variables.. For recipe,, read "guide"!!!
I love your videos. I grew up with an Indian family as our best friends and was involved in their lives and food so I adore Indian food. My favourite. Thanks for sharing you recipes.
This is AMAZING!!! I've always loved curry and cooked it reasonably well but its never tasted like BIR curry - now it does and I can't thank you enough for sharing your skill. You are my new favourite RUclipsr! Loving the vegan recipes - thank you. Respect. Stay safe :)
I just made this but with 2 onions and 1 whole red pepper ,even though it had loads of flavour and the small potatoes were really sweet ,i dded about 200 ml of lamb stock which was frozen from making pre cooked lamb as i wanted it to be abit saucy .The flavours from these ingredients are mouth watering ,i also omitted the green chillies as i couldn't get any in my small town where i live .Thank you Latif for sharing your cooking talents with us here on youtube ,hurry up with that book we're all waiting for you to release as when you do bring one out it'll be a top seller .
Thanks for the excellent videos of your cooking, am enjoying the home style ones like this Bombay Aloo and the other home style ones like your chicken bhuna & chicken karahi lahori style. Your commentary is very good, accessible, informative and relaxed with lots of tips too, thanks.
I love the fact you were inspired by the baby potatoes and made this dish! Just made a lamb curry (black cardamom added) with potatoes and aubergines. I'm always inspired by Indian/Bengali/Pakistani/BIR curries. :-) Thanks Tony
I've narrowed down my cooking channels to those that are healthy, doable by home cooks like me, with incredible results, and sensational flavour. Plus highly motivational. You top my list. Would love more fish/ house curries please.
This channel is at the top of my list also Amanda. Latif has given many secrets away and i am now cooking, what i think anyway, some very nice home cooked curries. Latif is indeed a very good chef and an awesome teacher. And a really nice guy! May i recommend a youtube channel to you if perhaps you like middle eastern food. Its a channel called 'Turkish food travel'. Easy to follow recipe's and the food is delicious.
Looks sensational man! I’ve never tried this dish with new potatoes before, but I’m certainly going to now! Also, I always use tomato paste, but I’m totally going to try fresh tomato next time too. I love a few curry leaves in the oil, at the start, but I grow them, so I’m biased. Potato, butter and mustard seeds are a match made in heaven! Thanks
I am in Thailand for winter but when I get home your channel is going to be watched continuously, having subscribed it is great to watch the recipes ! Yep I use East End spices
Yay thanks for another veggie dish! I loved the dal and I've even veganised your chickpea chicken recipie! Will definitely be trying this. My local Bangladeshi store will be getting some business so I can get the spices you recommend.
Absolute perfect, you are a star. this is a delicious addition to your chicken curry dishes that I have cooked for my friends and family. Amazingly I have had made new friends using your recipes. Seriously, first rate. love your recipes only regret I don't live near your restaurants.

Another easy great looking dish. Your tips from other recipes have taken my curries to the next level. Thanks very much and keep the vids coming, always great to watch. 👍🏻
Been watching your channel for a little while, enjoyable to watch all these various dishes. Cooked your one pot lamb bhuna a while back and it was the best curry I've made by a mile. Will be trying this Bombay aloo and a few of the others soon. Looking forward to more videos, keep up the good work. The local curry house will be wondering why I've disappeared haha
Just bringing to your notice...The gas burner needs to be cleaned and reset as the gas flame is burning yellow, not 100% blue flame, meaning it is not fully utilizing gas...in our Gujarati kitchen vocabulary, we say "Gas kaacho bale chhe" ! Excellent recipe. Thanks.
I decided to make a beef biryani tonight and was wondering what I could do with it, I came across your channel and so now I'm going to try your Onion Bhaji's and Bombay Aloo, just a small portion of each on the side. They look amazing mate, cheers.
I’ve just found you. Subscribed and binge watching haha. Love that you use butter. Yay! Don’t be afraid of the butter. Also I wish I “smell-a-vision jeez it looks so good. Drooling.
