    Nice one, Aiden. For my Bulls pick for 11 is Zach Edey. I would also like a Forward like Ron Holland, but Edey is a better option in my opinion. I'll add my sense into this, but you did a good job with Edey's draft report so far.
    - I agree with the weaknesses. I didn't realize he wasn't left-hand dominant. I saw some highlights of him scoring with the left, but yeah, he might be predictable. Add that he isn't at all of a 3-pt shooter and mid-range shot, whatsoever. I saw the NCAA March Madness games, and he does seem like he just dominated easy competition due to his size. He is slow footed on both ends of the court, and idk if his weight (300 lbs.) can carry him to play 30+ minutes in the NBA pace.
    - Despite acknowledging his weaknesses... I think with the right development and getting drafted to the Bulls will be a great outcome for the Bulls franchise. Let's say the obvious... 7'4, 300 pounds, and a recorded 7'10.5 wingspan. OMFG. He would be considered a beast in the paint. And surprisingly, he did well to be mobile during the drills. Just search up 'Draft Combine Zach Edey,' and you'll see him during his testing. He was ranked near Alexander Sarr during the mobile test, and he washed up fellow big man Donovan Clingan's score. I think there's potential for him to get better. I was also surprised to see him shooting the 3-pt well. Yeah, maybe he just practiced the 3-pt shot to raise his draft stock, and he won't commit to it once he gets to the NBA, but something tells me he's actually going to try to shoot 3s because he's smart enough to realize that he has to expand his game to make it in this league. It was reported he shot 14-25 (56%) in 3PT% in his shooting drill. When I do my scouting, I also think it's important to know the prospect's back story, so I can know if someone will have a good work ethic and drive. Funny, Edey started off a baseball player, but he kept growing to be a giant. He started basketball at age 15 or 16 (I forgot), but that's really late. His height and size is what got him into Purdue, he didn't do so well at his Freshman year, but Purdue's head coach said that once he got his chance, he was able to learn things fast because he's a quick learner like a 'sponge.' That quote alone shows that despite picking up basketball very late, he was still able to dominate college because he's a fast learner and hard working. I can go on, but one thing i will say is that I also agree that Andre Drummond will most likely leave in Free Agency, so we need to find a back up Center. Sadly, I still do see Vucevic as our starting Center, but I would like to see Zach Edey off the bench. With that, I have to say that Zach Edey does have weaknesses of 3-pt shooting, needs to learn more advanced post-moves, and needs to know when to pass for assists. I wish he could have a mentor who can do all that... Oh, wait, it would be Vucevic. I would love to see Vucevic mentor Edey for a time until we are able to trade Vucevic later on.
    - Finally my comparisons for Zach Edey. From worst case, to (realistic) middle ground, and finally best case scenari:
    1. Worst case: Boban Marjanovic, but a Bust with less likability, and will probably be 'Meme'd' with social media today.
    2. Realistic, middle ground: bigger Ivica Zubac. He will probably score majority in the post, and can be a below-average paint protector, and will never guard the post well.
    3. Best case: current Milwaukee Buck Brook Lopez. If he does get more footwork at the post, he continues to work on his 3-pt shot, he begins to realize using his size can alter many shots around the paint, he could be a Brook Lopez 2.0, but with a couple years needed to develop.

      That was a very interesting scouting report. I did hear about him knocking down 3’s in the Draft Combine and that’s always great to hear. If he can do it in a real game it will be a game changer if we were to select him.
      I also love the idea of him being a quick learner. If there is anything that we need right now is someone who can learn as quickly as possible.
      The draft combine seems to have put a lot of eyes on him. Maybe he can be a player that goes to the Bulls. I’m willing to see how it goes

    Edey did what he was asked to do at Purdue University that doesn't mean he is incapable of doing more ❤

      Well I hope so!!! This is the job of AK and the scouting team. They gotta find the qualities we don’t see. They gotta find the right characters and attitudes that we may never know of. This is why they get paid. Hopefully they can get it right!!!

    I know this may not be the best draft class but i will take him because based on his highlight he seems to have this fire that we needed. And he seems to play as a team

    The Bulls NEED to draft Edey period .. I watch this kid destroy everybody in the Ncaa at his position including the big from UConn … It’s not a weakness that this guy strengths is what should come from a Center at his size…Drummond has played well with us without a shot and we really didn’t care because of the the aspects he brought to the table..and Vuc shooting he can probably match in percentage if he had to chuck up last second shot clocks violations from 3 that’s how terrible Vuc is spreading the floor… It’s not a tough answer for me. Teams has to adjust to him also so use him accordingly… last but not least Brook Lopez in the beginning of his career was all post until he had to adjust and add a shot so just because u don’t see it now don’t mean he can never develop that strength .. now we would have are own monster to deal with San Antonio in the coming years r any team with a young center.. please watch games like I did his potential specifically for this bulls team out weighs the possible failures with every other team in the NBA .. rebounding block shots toughness and can make free throws to go along with a dominate post game who on the team right now has all of those qualities in 1 ??? Exactly

      I kind of feel like you’ve taken these comments a bit personal. There will always be weakness with young guys and expressing them is not a bad thing. I too also believe weaknesses can be improved upon and never said he won’t improve them. Working on his left hand in the post or getting a better shot is something that can be improved upon. You also have to look at the flip side. There have been quite a few 7 foot or taller centers who dominate in college and the lower leagues that don’t show it at the NBA level. There are many people that have given the criticism that he is a raw talent that only dominated based on height. I see more potential than those critics but you can’t just ignore them.
      In terms of the other things you said, Yes you can play well with a center that can’t shoot but if that’s all the centers you have it could pose a problem. It isn’t the worst thing in the world to have centers with different styles especially with how bad our 3 point shooting everywhere else here. That doesn’t mean we keep Vooch but look for a center that can spread the floor better.
      Brook Lopez is a great example of a guy that developed his game to the modern NBA. Hopefully he can learn from a player like that but you and I both know that doesn’t always happen.
      You may be right, his strengths may outweigh the risks. At the 11th pick it may be worth it. He fits a need so we shall see how it goes

      Never personal fellow Bull fans.. I been a subscriber for about two yrs with u and can honestly say me and U think alike to where I just like your videos with no comments. I mean bringing up his name alone is win for me because everybody else wants to draft another Guard or Small forward in the mock draft… just keep up good content and dude u know a lot about this team so lease keep firm to your word rather u see a response or not…💯

    I commented on Edy in your video about Isaih Collier. So I won't say a lot more other than keep in mind that the second best player on the Purdue team was above average but not much more than that. So to a large extent Edy carried the team all the time. He shows up all of the time, including under pressure and in big games.

      I can understand that but a lot of his critics is due to the fact he dominated college players just because of his height. He won’t have that luxury all the time at the NBA level due to the physicality of the league. He will be an interesting development story.

    He just throw flamethrower of 3s in Draft Combine.
    Now, maybe he will be gone before 11 sadly. 😢

    Zach Edey's comparison imho is Nikola Vuvecic. The Bulls need to draft him.

    • @AidansBullsShow
      @AidansBullsShow  20 дней назад

      I think they are total opposites. Only similarity is Vooch and Zach play a post game. Vooch can spread the floor and Zach is a much better rim protector. They are far from the same in my eyes. I see more Drummond in him than Vooch.

    If we missed out on Edey, They can look to sign Kai Sotto.

    • @AidansBullsShow
      @AidansBullsShow  20 дней назад

      I think if we were to get Kai Sotto, it would be in a two way contract where he can play in both the NBA and the G League to try and further develop his game. At 22 years of age I think it wouldn’t be a bad idea.

    I told you we need a center for the Bulls this dude is 7 ft 4 and he plays like the one that is in Denver that's Joker yorkish

    • @AidansBullsShow
      @AidansBullsShow  20 дней назад

      I don’t really think he does tbh. Jokic averages almost a triple double and shoots a decent percentage from 3. Not saying he can never improve in those areas but I wouldn’t compare him with Jokic

    Look Andrew Drummonds getting old voot is gaining old you need to stack another big man that is a block shooter can get in the paint can rebound that can space an open the court for the Young Guns to get in this is what we need as a big man as a center in the Chicago Bulls

    • @AidansBullsShow

      I don’t mind seeing it. If we do draft him, I want to see us also get a floor spreader so we can have two different types of centers.

      We need replacements for a lot of players. You most likely will not get a DeMar replacement in a weak draft like this.

    Bulls can get Zach hell we can even get Kel El Ware bulls need shot blocking

    • @AidansBullsShow

      Well he will be great in that area. His height and weight will help. He could probably get blocks without even trying.

      The Draft Combine seems to have raised his stock. Honestly it’s all over the place right now. I have genuinely have no idea what we are going to do.
