I stay consistent , at 3:30 pm i leave from my house to football field which is 7km far from my house i reach their till 4:00 pm i got tired bicycling so i rest 5 min then start practicing alone in hot weather for 2 hours its a very though time but for my dream i need to work hard. And i don't learn alone i learn with videos of unisport ,,hope dream will come true and my efforts would give me the fruit ☺
If you train on an American football turf field, then you can use the 5 and 10 yard lines on the turf for training weave through the 1 yard lines for tight dribbling
I think on the first drill if you have another person have them randomly move a cone or marker in front of the goal forcing you to scan and, also have someone pass it to you or throw it up to you so you don’t just start juggling, making more game realistic

Just because you are a foreign race does not mean that you cant be pro. Race has nothing to do with antthing in football. So dont let that stop you from trying to become pro

I live in phillipines, for a guy who aims to be a pro here its really hard you wont be able to find a pitch here if there is one you cant use it because it will be trespassing if you don't have permission to use it. I am really envious for you guys who have local soccer fields that you can use everyday

you don't need a goal. A wall will do. Or.. just buy a set of portable goals.

adel elnimr you don't always need a lot of space. Try bouncing off walls, squash courts, basements.. I've done 100's of workouts that way.

Doing a beep test with a soccer ball is also a great still as it keeps u fit and allows u to learn ball control at different speeds
