छोले भटूरे बनाने की पूरी विधि | Punjabi Chole Bhature Recipe | Choley Bhature | ChefAshok Recipe
Bhatura ingredients:-
700 gm all purpose flour
1 cup milk
water
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp ajwain
kasoori methi
1 tsp baking powder/soda
ingredients for chana masala:-
200 gm white chana
2 onion
3 tomatoes
salt to taste
whole spices
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp degi mirch powder
1/2 tsp red chilli powder
1 tsp coriander powder
3 tbsp oil
1/2 tsp dry mango powder
1/2 tsp kasoori methi
1 tsp cumin seeds
1 pinch hing
1 pinch garam masala powder
