I got this injection with 15 mg triamcinolone and 1 cc of 2% lidocaine and last week and laser therapy from medical rehabilitation specialist 3 days after the shot. 3 days after the first session the pain was reduced to 70%. Also it is important to imobilize the wrist. I used 4 cm elastic bandage and wrap around my palm and wrist all the time even when i sleep
I had these injections, ended up having surgery, then one more round of injections, none of which worked. The injections are painful, the surgery was much less painful
are you sure you are avoiding the activities which cause it? try avoiding chores which require wrist extention, especially in mid prone position.i hope you get well soon
yeah, the pain went completely...but the doctor said it will come back unless I do physiotherapy exercises...it's been 2 months since I had the shot, and I'm fine...I hope it doesn't come back :S
***** Hey, the shot makes physiotherapy easier...there is no pain when doing the stretches...you should definitely do the shot. It was painful for like a minute when the doctor had the needle in my wrist, searching for the tendon XD...but he numbed the area and it wasn't as bad...as well as, after the shot, it pained like a bitch for about 3 days, but after that...the pain was completely gone...it was amazing XD :D you should do it

I got the injection a month ago. Before I got the injection, I was hurting all and all night. I'm back to normal now
Mines been hurting for 4 months now it's eased up a good bit but still flares up and stays somewhat sore how much was the shots
After the injection Could you use your wrist normal or you have to wait for some days?

Has it relapsed for anyone ? I am planning to get this
Which injection pls..???
Thanks Doc.
Could also explain about four point injection technique?
Hello. I just had my injection 2 days ago. How many days will it take for our wrist to function normally? I can still feel the pain from DQT.
Now Sept. 2019 How long did it take for the pain to go away? I had an injection done just the other day.
@@02chevyguy I have similar wrist pain issues. How many days takes to reduce pain
the injection should go proximal to distal toward the thumb, you can actually see it fill the compartment
My skin colour of wrist was also changed
Beautiful graphics.
