Tesla gives you a key card for this exact situation, so I’m not sure what she’s having such a hard time figuring out. Give the car wash people one of the key cards. It’s not the first Tesla they’ve washed.

Nothing should be an inconvenience to someone working their job. Whole point of being a good employee is to overcome steps like this and deal with them according to company and customer policy. She just didn’t know how to operate the care that’s all.

Today I'm washing my car. I gave the car wash staff my key and came back 40 mins later. The car was clean.

I think it's "detailing" there is one place where I had to go get a company car. The company paid $400.00 to have it detail cleaned.

@@cruja8399Automatic car washes aren't suitable for some types of automotive paint. A hand wash is also more thorough and results in a much cleaner car in the end.
Most people don't need their car washed by hand unless they're trying to sell it, since they'll do the detail and interior but if you really like your car or have a custom paint job you'd probably use it all the time.

So this is a car wash where they actually use people to wash the car, and that’s why the bill is a little higher than what you would have to pay if you went through an automatic car wash, and it doesn’t matter what type of car you’re driving or how expensive the car you’re driving is. I walk to my job and then back home everyday, no matter how exhausting my 8 hour shift is, even when I have to spend 12 hours there cause my boss decided to give me a 4 hour break.

I swear a Tesla “owner’s” whole personality is mentioning that they “own” a Tesla.
Not own a car, or drive a car.
Not if you grew up in California these are regular cars to us . Specifically in the Bay Area where the first Tesla manufacturer plant is . We been driving these for years while the rest of the world is just in the last 2 years catching up . Teslas aren’t luxury cars to us especially when Elon used to give these out at such a low price before the hype . Almost priced in comparison to a Honda Civic back in the day but a couple thousand more .

@@99Teutons She was already there, car wash mode is what you need to enable when going through those car washes that tell you to put your car in neutral.
They used to include instructions on how to adjust the engine valve lash with the owners manual of some vehicles. Now, they tell you to go to dealer to check oil.

Teslas were revolutionary in the EV world like five or six years ago nowadays everyone knows it's tesla. And so many of them out there. It's everywhere like Toyota camry. Nowadays every major car company's has their EV with amazing technology. They aren't not that special anymore.

You can set pin to drive, so they can gain access (assuming they can unlock your phone and find where you parked your car), however they need the pin to operate the car. Also you can contact Tesla and disable the phone app as soon as you realise the phone is missing.
Also the tesla guys always drone on about how they can open the car with theyr phone my skoda wich cost a quarter of a model s can do that
@@andreasstrauss5194 It is not just an unlock function. You can use it as a substitute for a key and drive the car, you can open windows, bonnet, boot / trunk, operate climate control, set charging levels and speed, access the cameras to see around your car, set a speed limit function, start the car for someone without the key, track cars location, schedule a service, summon the car remotely (assuming you pay for this option). It does quite a bit more than "open a car". But hey, I am sure your Skoda does all of that too 😉.

I need just one notebook, just one pair of house shoes etc. Last time i bought shrimps was on Easter, but looks like I am successfully surviving with meat one third of the price. My God, i don't even know how I can live like that. It being hard to put into neutral is genuinely concerning. There are several emergency situations where you need to... also.. phone as a key? What if your phone dies? I know you could loose a key, but your phone dies more often than you loose your keys right?
There are two ways. One is to push up quickly on gear stock and the other is to push neutral button on car wash screen.
For the key, you can get a card that also works. Or you can just borrow somebody's elses phone.

They’re counted as car because of their size but they are much heavier which can threw the engineers calculation of the load off very easily and they’re a fire hazard which basically mean that if we we’re to have a fire in the cars deck we would not even try to stop it If we know we have a Tesla on board, we would just abandon ship …

They (Apple) just call it a MacBook, similarly to how McDonald's would call their burger a Big Mac, but it's still just as much of a burger as a Whopper from Burger King hahahah
