Hi, you could use either the 24cm or the 28cm. Keep in mind the 24cm will resulter in a thicker sponge and the 28cm will be a thinner sponge so be sure to adjust the cooking times! Hope this helps.
Hi thanx soooooooo much , u know i asked sooooooooo many people they just dont reply an those that did reply they give size but they dont inform me that if u use certain size cake going to be flat so atleast u mentioned, u soooo sweet anyway so with the 28cm wil my cake be just flat or tooooooo flat an also 28cm bake time wil be around 55min?

I made this and came out moist and fluffy. I reduced the amount of sugar to 230g and added 3 eggs instead to substitute the sugar. It was delicious.

You could do, it would make about 16-24 cupcakes. I’ve got a chocolate cupcakes recipe instead as well, so you could use that! Hope that helps! ☺️
