Excellent video! I've been learning about the customer journey and this really made things a lot clearer. I like the way you broke it down.

Tony, thanks for the feedback. I try to keep my videos 5-9 minutes - and I always have too much info to fit in. Always a struggle. Thanks for watching.

There was a great book written years ago called "The Big Red Fez" by Seth Godin about this same topic - would be a great companion to your video. KUTGW!

I think on your thumbnail you have a spelling mistake, unless COVERTS is something new on the industry of the design. 😉

Damn - thanks! I fixed it - so much for leaving proofreading to others. Thanks for the fast heads-up on the error. I owe you one.

Emil - my bad - lack of proofreading oversight - it's fixed.

LOL, On second thought I should have left it as "coverts" - FBI/CIA marketing tactics!

The idea is ok but there isn't examples. When i look at your website you have conflict about your audience..your target are graphic designers also business who want branding and it's doesn't match together in one stage, correct me if i wrong

077, My Verhaal Brand Design website customer journey is geared to small to medium sized companies looking for brand strategy and design - as is my agency mission and brand positioning. It's not geared to designers at all. My RUclips channel on the other hand addresses both creative professionals increasing their business skills and entrepreneurs and businesses looking to understand brand design better.
