@@nickgray yes i agree w that. Let me preface w I def don't want to be a little debbie downer. We like your enthusiasm and positive vibe. A lot of Central Texans feel the pressure of hordes moving here. It is a drag for us to not he able to freely enjoy what we once did. There is incentive and reward being manufactured to entice this flux of movement to our home. Anyone that has grown or been a l.t res here would likely agree. Even crime, homeless, amd tax burden has increased dramatically. Property tax amd cost of living skyrocketing supports my claims. I for example wont even go the Austin greenbelt. I know half a dozen car burglaries there broad daylight just this past Summer. Perhaps I'm needing to retreat to a hermit lifestyle. If you know amy cave or hobbit homes for sale lemme know thanks. Simply put there are a LOT of us that don't want more advertisement of Central Tx. However I wish you the best on your endeavors
Hi! Sorry I didn't write back sooner. I'm not sure how much is the overnight stay, because I paid with points. The rate was around 21,000 Marriott Bonvoy points but the rate may change based on time of year etc.
