BB & JM both have been on a different bike most every race this last year, as KTM has been very aggressive in chasing the elusive perfection in MOTOGP. Personally I’m hoping after a busy winter in the R&D centers that they come out in early 2024 testing with a closer BETTER bike than they ended the season with. To gain confidence with a machine at that level they can’t keeping making these huge changes then expect the riders to feel 100% confidence in their machines. IMHO …..
You’re right, they’ll never be “1 with the bike” if they keep changing it. But at the same time, only factory Ducati team can afford to not change parts before other riders prove the parts work.
MotoGP says the same thing every year. KTM will just get a couple of podiums, they are not going to do anything more again next year, but it will be Jacks last.
Heard lots of “should have” in the video. Should’ve, would’ve, could’ve but didn’t. Binder needs to be able to start strong (have a good place on the grid) and FINISH. He’s a great talent but some silly mistakes that he’ll need to correct for KTM to continue progressing. Jack, well I just don’t believe he’s a number 1, seems to be a good wingmen but I think KTM is on the shoulders of Brad, I’d say Acosta too but he’s a rookie so I don’t want to place too much expectations on him. Definitely think he should be contending for top 5 based off the talent shown and how good the bike showed it can be from last season.
