Same thing happened to me. I bought mine in May of 23 and 3 months later the price dropped 40 THOUSAND dollars!! I have the same exact set up as you but mine is white. I love it! Minus that price drop LOL . How unfortunate for us!
You just hate the fact that your car lost 20k value so quickly because of Tesla's price change. I would rather hate the inflation due to Covid pandemic. We all lost 20% value of everything we own because of the inflation. Your car is just one of them.
I rather not talk or comment about inflation, covid and what it could be or what it could have been. But 100k vehicle at $20k loss is normal. But $40k lost due to the current price drop isn’t normal.
I picked up my X April 2023 @ 90K, I currently have 18000 miles on it Ride is amazing. Supercharger network is great, time will tell how that experience goes with most manufacturers going to tesla and the ports are in the wrong place. Mine has been in service 3 times. Falcon wing doors are amazing for me, its great in Florida rain trying to get passengers in and out with a nice big shelter over them. Tires are holding up well. No wind noise or rattles. Would I buy another Tesla absolutely not. Yes it sucks they change prices all the time but that’s not the biggest reason, my Explorer has lost 20k since October in deprecation. Its because of the exaggerated range. EPA is 326, from Ft Lauderdale to Bucees in Daytona is 231 miles, I pull in at 10% driving 75. Since I have owned it they have destroyed the driving experience, you have about 10-12 seconds to look at the screen to check for traffic or a different charger before you get nagged then kicked out, I am on the new update where the nag is supposed to be better FSD 12.5. Also it is not cheaper to drive the Tesla on a long road trip then a 4 cylinder Explorer. 1100 miles in the Tesla $112 in the Explorer $97. Home charging yes super cheap 100 miles is $4.12.
