Wonderful presentation madam. Indeed witnesses need to be properly managed. How far has the National Prosecution Authority of Zambia gone in improving how witnesses are managed?
The justice system in Zambia has, in my view, graduated into a more dignified and advanced level; , since independence,and the early days of The MMD government in Zambia. Then,there was alot of victimisation of decenting politicians ; including Mr.S.M. Kapwepwe, Mr. H. M. Nkumbula, and others, and later members of the national party in Zambia.,even by the courts. But even the justices were victims of bad character politics that were common in Africa then.pevertions in court rulings were cited by Winter Kabimba,Mr. Shamawana, Mr. L.Mwanawasa (who had resigned as vice president of Zambia then) and others. The Wasp character of the politics then,presented a picture of danger and despair, that threatened to invite anarchy(bufoonism) in Zambia.
