He was not always a vegetarian. That is important. Stage 3 colon cancer at 38 means that it had been festering and growing for years! Colon cancer takes a long time to develop and you have to eat meat to get it dear friend.

I use to do the exact same thing when I was nervous, and it was caught on the news when I was in high school. I was so embarrassed that I stsrted asking people if I often did that.
