    I am a Dewalt fan and I have a lot of Dewalt tools. This stool will be added to my bucket list. I have the northern tool one at the moment. But I did like how this one looks. Nice work bench table as well.

    I researched shop stools online and decided on this same DeWalt stool with castors. Had to order it; should be in a couple of days. Afterwards, I searched RUclips and found your video (sort of worked in reverse). I appreciate the unboxing/assembly videos as they give me an idea of what I'm getting into and insight to potential problems. Additionally, they also help me budget my time as I can "guesstimate" how much time it should take. As already mentioned, I also like honest feedback on quality issues (both positive and negative). Thank you for the entertaining video and making me hang my head in shame (my home workshop doesn't come close to your color coordination or tidiness) . . . .

    Great video. I just bought one in “assembled” it. I was very confused by the extra hardware and began to disassemble the casters to put on the “feet”. I found your video just in time to not bother with that stuff because I need it to roll. Thank you!

    I done quite a few unboxing videos i think for people watching it's the excitement of seeing something brand new coming out of a box and wandering how that person will demonstrate it or fail in some cases of assembling the item great what you have done with your workshop it is looking great as for when you filming it would be better if you filmed in landscape as you get more in the shot great work my friend 👍👍

      BIGBOY'S DIY Thank you for your feedback! I will film the next one in landscape, it’s the whole IGTV vertical video vs. RUclips landscape, but I’m finding I’m getting much less views on IG. I’m not that computer savvy but trying. Lol

    Unboxing of products is ok, if it’s complicated... yours was lengthy. I am way more interested in the review of the product. The pros and cons. The value, if you think it’s worth it and maybe a comparison against other options you considered.

    • @Jennyfromtheshop
      @Jennyfromtheshop  5 лет назад

      Kevin Vitale I appreciate your feedback! As with most of my projects, producing content for RUclips has been “learn as you go.” Watching some of my videos back, I see where I tend to talk too much and should’ve edited to not lose my audience. That’s why I value comments like yours and I appreciate you being nice about it. 😊

    • @Jennyfromtheshop
      @Jennyfromtheshop  4 года назад

      Cynthia Abrams Yes! Loosen the nut with a 17mm socket/ratchet. Once it’s removed you can replace it with the stationary feet, keep the washers in the same order as they were originally. Hope that helps.

    how tall is your workbench ?

    • @Jennyfromtheshop

      Piotr Szwed 30”, my outdoor one is higher, probably about 38” if I remember correctly.

    • @pszwed2000
      @pszwed2000 4 года назад

      My workbench is 39" you think the stool is not to low or to high to sit comfortably and work on my bench ?

    • @Jennyfromtheshop
      @Jennyfromtheshop  4 года назад +1

      Piotr Szwed I don’t know how tall you are of anything, but I raised the seat all the way (mine has the wheels) and it’s about 27” so just guesstimating with a tape measure where your bench height is I’d say you’re good. Your elbows should more than clear the top but that’s just my opinion.

      Miss DeWalt Jennifer Cline yeah but come on that’s pretty basic stuff. You have an elaborate set etc but you fail those two basics??

    • @Jennyfromtheshop
      @Jennyfromtheshop  4 года назад +1

      mbsevans I built that elaborate set because I wanted my videos and social media posts to look better. I share videos to several platforms and most are vertical formatting, but again, I’m learning and improving as I go.
