The bible doesn't mention that Jesus was a carpenter, the bible doesn't say that debt is bad, God doesn't tell us to pay him 10% of our money and we are not saved by repenting from sin. There's only one way to be saved and that is to believe in the death and resurrection of the Jesus Christ. I suggest you invest time to study these topics because these are things many Christians get wrong including myself when I was a new believer.

We are commanded to stop sinning but that is not what saves us. The only thing that saves us is believing that Jesus Christ died for our sins and rose from the dead. You are not saved if you believe that works can save you. Only the finished work of Jesus can.

Hi please could you assist. I am currently 20 years old just completed my studies and i am going to get a job to be able to get a loan to buy a investment property. Where do i start? How do I learn what i need to learn ? (About loans and real estate and laws and everything) i stay in South Africa so it may be a little different with the laws and debts. I am starting to read as many books as i can on real estate, i am good with maths but havnt done accounting in 6 years. Where can i find the resourses to learn all of this ?
This might be working in a country like USA...but cannot be done in developing countries where the rental income is lower than the bank interest on the home mortgage. Will this idea be still valid? Also, another issue of not every month will rental income come as cash flow even if one employs a property manager.
