How to Make Money Without Working - Robert Kiyosaki

  • Because of the unemployment crisis and rising cost of living, many people are thinking about going back to school or getting trained in a new profession so they can find a better job that pays more money. They are motivated by a dream of financial security and prosperity.
The problem is that this type of education usually teaches you nothing about money. The truth is that most education is designed to prepare people to live in a world that no longer exists-the industrial age where the old rules of money apply.
If you desire a life without working, there’s a different type of education that you need-a financial education.
If you're going to invest the time and money to learn something new, learn how to operate on the B and I side of the CASHFLOW® Quadrant. Learning how to operate on the right side of the CASHFLOW Quadrant you learn how to make money 24/7 without working.

I began my investment journey at the age of 38, primarily through hard work and dedication. Now at the age of 42, I am thrilled to share that my passive income exceeded $100k in a single month for the first time. This success reinforces the importance of the advice mentioned earlier. It is not about achieving quick wealth, but rather ensuring long-term financial prosperity

Achieving significant returns isn't about volatile stocks; it's about effectively balancing risk and reward. Proper position sizing and leveraging your advantage repeatedly are essential, whether you're a long-term investor or a day trader.

Certainly, many underestimate advisors until emotions lead to losses. A few summers ago, during a tough divorce, I sought a licensed advisor who, through diligent work, boosted my business from $190k to around $720k despite inflation.

The Adviser I'm in touch with is *'Jude Ryan McDonough'* , he works with Merrill, Pierce, Smith incorporated and interviewed on CNBC Television. You can use something else. for me her strategy works hence my result. He provides entry and exit point for the securities I focus on.

Robert Speaks the truth. I knew this family growing up who owned rental buildings in Manhattan and several rental homes throughout Queens. The grandfather bought the houses when it was cheap back in the 1980s and 1990s. He then passed it onto his son and his son’s 5 children. The family must have around 15 properties all over NYC with the majority of them being rental homes. Asset creating Not only passive income but generational wealth. The rental home empire builds on itself, the hardest thing to do is to get started with the first rental.

everyone understand these basic concepts, you don't need to learn it from Rich Dad. Assets do give you residual income so that you don't have to work, and that's what everyone wants however not everyone can have assets. you need job to get income before you are able to create asset, if you are living paycheck to paycheck, likely you will not be able to save up to buy any assets. the only way to get asset for poor people on minimum wage is to get a loan from a bank and start a business however loans are liabilities which no one wants to take. if a business fails, you will put yourself in bankruptcy and an endless cycle of debt.

You need to have a ridiculously well selling product to start anything. You cannot become an inside investor (the status he is promoting) without having money. I like his general ideas, I learn a lot from him, but he doesn’t tell the audience the full picture. He himself managed to become an investor because first he had a very successful product (his board game and his book). So there you go, this is the real secret: work hard to have one world class product (software, book, music, shop or anything), make your first million with from that and supporting affiliate programs and then you can start investing. My issue with his teachings that he seems to suggest that you can skip this really important first part, which quite often can take a decade or more to build up.

Correct me if I'm wrong but he didn't become rich and wealthy because of books and board game... He was broke living with Kim in their friends house that's where he started his first real successful business. He became 'rich' within 5 years and I think it took him about 5 more years to become 'wealthy' that's when his money started working for him. His first passive income was actually from real estate house he bought for 18k with a bank loan for 16k and 2k on cc so that actually cost him 0$ for a down payment. He then rented that house and received enough to cover all expenses and still keep 25$ per month.

Nejc Miholic - don’t get me wrong, i admire his work etc., but today this tactic is now close to impossible for a young with house prices that are 15-20 times the average salary. Back then house prices were around 3x (!!!) of an average salary, even in London. (I know from elderly). I think today you need to create a digital product (this is what I am working on) and go from there, or successful online sales etc.
