TMZ.com reported on May 11, 2010 that the couple were seeking to reach agreements on child custody and division of assets as quickly as possible and would subsequently file for divorce as quickly and as quietly as possible. Both parties are said to want to keep the details of the divorce settlement confidential. Elin is considering filing for divorce in her native country of Sweden, where she also may be relocating with the couple's two young children.2 TMZ reports that Nordegren has retained the services of divorce lawyer Walter H. White, Jr. who is based in London.3
