And Sherlock, with his unassuming demanding presence is exactly what took to make him get up again. Fabulous chase-music interspersed with soul-searching lyrics! Devastatingly clever editing! This is perfect, BECAUSE: a) Watson's blog is as blank as that blinking cursor before Holmes appears, and; b) Watson's blog is a symbol for his life, ergo: c) Holmes has become Watson's LIFE, its driving force, what he writes about (thinks about, feels about) most urgently. Simple deduction, really. Watson may have ended up killing himself out of ennui if not for Holmes. And your vid says all that!
@6castor6 I know, right? But you know, that's the rule for English shows apparently. The quality is top-notch because they tighten the writing. But they left a cliffhanger because they were hoping to be called back for more, and indeed a second season has been just confirmed,starting next year! :D I'm so happy about this, seriously. And I've just read that Martin Freeman (Watson) is the rumored choice for The Hobbit too (if they manage to make it), how cool would that be?
