As a fan, when 10 said, "I don't want to go." It broke heart. Now with 14 being happy, I can finally heal.
God, people need to shut up. I really like this ending for the 14th - he was constantly on the run from healing from his past, and he finally gave in to settling down and accepting his very real family. It's honestly really beautiful
was lovely to see him finally happy, 10 got such a horrible time of it was so sweet to see his old face get a happy ever after finally,,, would just like to see him now rescue River ;)
Totally with you.
What a dark and depressing period of time.😣😞😞
Very well said! 👏
A perfect ending 😊
It's a great ending till you realise when he dies he gets pulled back to the moment of the bigeneration "I'm better because you fixed yourself" 15 to 14 (something like that)
He finally got the life he thought he “could never have”
I love this re score, this music fits perfectly here! They should have used this score in the first place
Naa cause it's Amy's music as nice as if is
@@matthewphillips9404its a good piece of music
I think this score makes this ending work way better 😂.
Like I think it mainly works but there’s a bit of forced awkwardness that’s just not there with this music.
The Doctor finally happy. Amy and Rory theme playing. Finally
“I’ve never been so happy in my life.”
Rose has entered the chat.
You're a genius for doing this! 👍❤
Thanks!
This honestly is the perfect ending to the Revival Era of Doctor Who. (Nu Who)
I’m excited and hopefully for the New New Era with Ncuti Gatwa & Millie Gibson. (New Nu Who)
Tales of the Tardis: The Uncle who stayed for dinner? Now he is basically living in retirement on earth. The doctor will need a hobby, but not just a matter of watching the world spin, and the clouds roll by. He'll have to make adjustments to his life as a time lord by becoming a teacher and mentor to Donna's daughter Rose and possibly show her world via a few trips in the tardis around history. The doctor is still available from helping himself the other ( doctor) on some serious missions.
Of course, there's a possibility the doctor gets a job as a headmaster at a school where nothing as in seems and it so happens to be Rose's school. The series Class rebooted the academy for gifted youths set up via Unit and Touchwood Institute through the Mr Copper Foundation. The Doctor Who spin-offs return....? Part 2
if he does become a headmaster it will be a Coal Hill Academy
@Drago_Whooves That is right, I think that's the case and place.
glad he didn't have to go.
This is beautiful finally the doctor gets his happ ending
This is his reward the one we were wondering what he would get sense the end of time
😳
Don't mention that!
I love the ending. It’s like The Doctor has some peace and a Happy Ending and there is a resident Doctor/President of Earth on Earth just in case Unit can’t reach the new/reborn again Doctor.
I loved it!!! 10th finally got his share of Happiness! ❤🎉 I can finally be in peace and rest assured.
Doctor Who ended here. Thank you.
Never, Bad things don't always spoil the good things. I still have hope that doctor who will comeback stronger than ever
It ended here for our generation of fans. We watched for 18 years - and suffered through Chibnalls run - im glad they let us leave off with a RTD revival and Tennant returning. With Tennants 14th doctor retiring, i shall too.
I wish Ncuti the best, maybe ill check it out someday when hes done, see what he had to offer, but im not overall invested anymore.
@@birdiec speak for yourself. I've been watching since 2005. I've enjoyed every series including Ncuti and Jodie. Seen majority of classic and enjoy that too. Jodie and Chibnall hate is massively over exaggerated to the point I find it hilarious.
Honestly I consider this to be the final for the whole show, this really put conclusion to the 10th/14th doctor’s arc and it felt like it was wrapping things up of what was being lead up to from rose to wild blue yonder
While I don't think this is the final of the whole show I get where you're coming from, me personally I consider this to be the end of the doctors character post time war, classic who was about the doctor becoming more human to the point when he regenerates into 8 he's 1/2 human, nu who is the doctor struggling with the time war as during 9th and 10th era he was still in his ptsd phase, 11th healed but day of the doctor reopened the old wounds to the point 12th didn't know if he was a good man, and the master destroying gallifrey and telling 13 about it mad her think his effort in the time war as the war doctor were worthless and also to find the timelords lied about the doctors origins, I think thats why 14 came back, all that pain regressed him back to his old face and why he had to retire until he healed properly this time and became 15, and that why I think modern who Is the doctor going back to his old mind set before the time war, but I also think who ever "the one who waits"/"the boss" is will break the doctor all over again
David Tennant is my favorite Doctor. He didn’t want to go, he came back, and I hope he stays for a good long time.
Did you make the score? Cause that was beautiful.
I wish I did but it's actually music from the end of 'The Doctor, the Widow and the Wardrobe'!
Just goes to show how it all connects! Great choice! 😂
I love these ending and hope it's stays the same way just hope it's not the last time we see him
The thing is ..won't this be the Doctor's 3rd Family...as he told one of his companions (I think Martha...I had a family before), then there was Amy (Mother In Law), Rory (father-in-Law) and River and we (wife)..now this.
Why do i get the feeling all the nobels sneak off with the doctor for trips and the other's just dont know about eachother
Brilliant ending 😊
Glad you think so!
Yeah... After so many years of watching Doctor who, there may come a time when I can settle on an ending I feel comfortable with to stop at. Because I know it's just gonna keep going, and I won't always be able to catch up with it. This might be it. If it is, then I'm satisfied.
This isn’t a alternative ending this is the same ending 😂
It is an alternate ending. I've changed the music and removed the ending scene of the 15th Doctor.
@@DoctorBlueDWI watched this on the normal episode too. What was the original ending?
@@spinningadam The original ending used different music and had a 15th Doctor scene after this one.
@@DoctorBlueDW oh right, I thought it was going to be totally different to the original haha
‘Very slightly tweaked’ ending
I like how it is a new start for the doctor
I like this - 14 gets to literally "break free" and live out the rest of his days as a content exile - like one of the Big Finish "Unbound" Doctors. 😎
In the other dimention he grew another body that was half human, this one must be the other human half...
He met Amy Pond because he missed Donna
Wilf shooting moles is so out of character
i mean as a war veteran id say sharpening his shooting skills is hardly out of character
Never used his gun remember.@harlvoices
@@thegooner-49 yeah you’re right my bad… but actually, he did use a (paintball) gun to blind a dalek ;) /s
@@harleyva 😂
This might be a hunch but the actor most likely passed after he filmed his main scenes and this might of been a throw in just to have his name mentioned one more time
I'm still trying to figure out how Mel became the doctor's aunt so to speak lol
I think he was saying Mel is Auntie Mel to Rose
Gets to retire after all he did and yet in a way hes still out there saving lives. Having best of both
Yasmin finney is a great actress
Definitely not. Episode one she said "mom its a spaceship" like a plank of wood.
Hopw ae get a spin off with 14 and donna if not tv maybes comic or audio
0:59 Why does this part remind me of that one scene from "Safe House"?! 🤣
I like this. This is better. It's a shame they ended the era with 14's regeneration and not this. Paving the way from the new era while ending that era like this would have been so much better. I understand why they had it like they did, but it could have been better.
I absolutely hate what they did to Wilf in this scene. He is absolutely not the type to sit with a fucking shotgun and blow the heads off animals. I also don't understand how any of this makes any sense. Give it a few decades and all these people will be dead, with him standing over their graves. It's nonsensical
I love this ending, the Doctor seems so happy to have a family, and Donna`s family of all people. I`d love to be a part of it. Rose is kinda hot, too. Though I think if I tried anything, the Doctor (and possibly Donna) would break my legs
Thats not the end of him. Something's gonna happen. Hell become the valeyard.
I doubt it to be honest.
More likely either the curator or 15 eventually.
He does say that he loops around eventually. That or maybe he goes on regenerating for ages, the Nobels all go and he becomes the Curator then 15 afterwards.
If that's true, 15 could be much older than 14, like centuries or thousands of years. We'll see I suppose... 😉
For now, just remember:
Spoilers!
This is how it should have ended
If Doctor Who is a copyright of the BBC then why don’t the new episodes air on the BBCA?
Because the BBC have done a deal with Disney to show the episodes on Disney+ internationally.
@@DoctorBlueDW That is no reason to stop showing Doctor Who on BBCA !
100% clickbait title. Should be called 'rescored ending '. You knew exactly what you were doing when you put alternative ending. Gotta max them views huh?
@@PublickGamer I made it clear in both the title and description that this is the ending scene rescored. But you go think it's clickbait if it makes you feel better.
The End, no more Doctor Who...................... although whatever happened to the Doctor Who movies that was talked about way back, can't remember if they where jiat rumours or not.
They made 2 of them in the sixties. Grand Moff Tarkin was the Doctor
@brandtforester837 I know, I used to watch the first a lot. But I'm talking about more recent.
I'm sorry but it should had ended with David changing into Ncuti rather than the split that was just self indulgence all of the Doctors are the same person i dont get this whole special treatment with Tennant he may be a great actor but he's a Doctor like any other Doctor.
I feel the same way but there are rumors and speculation that RTD is setting up for the Valeyard which could be interesting if it proves true.
it relates to how davids doctor is the most human doctor out of the bunch, if u want to understand more of it look at the episode with the chamelon arc, it kinda enacts this selfish but identity setting desire or personality. at first its proabaly becasue of how everyone see tenant as their favourite because of the moffat revival era but then it with how people view and think of this doctor, it gets intertwined in teh story and then eventually manifests to this
I thought it should have end with us going back to the cliff from power of the doctor and Ncuti should’ve emerged from there out of Jodie like he should’ve done the ending makes Russell feel like he is becoming the showrunner victorious cause he is actively ignoring 2 previous times he was set in one place for a long period of time in 1969 he was exiled to earth at the end of the war games and he spent one 24 year day with river on Darillium
Its because david tennant is considered the best doctor ever and this leaves him in a state where at any point going forward they can have david return for specials and meetups with the current doctor without having to try and contrive an explanation as to why he doesnt remember meeting doctor #37
It provides the BBC with a back-up Doctor to reboot the series from if the Disney Experiment goes horrendously wrong, I suspect that's the real reason.
This... this is where Doctor Who ended. It was really bad. But as an ending it's acceptable. Same goes for the christmas special 2023 but this is more suiting as an ending and the christmas special is more so a side quest. Whenever I rewatch Doctor Who, this will always be where my tv is switched off.
That's a shame, you're missing out on some great episodes.
How is THAT anywhere near realistic?? Not enough vegan rage by a long way. 😂
