अगर नॉमिनी उत्तराधिकारी भी हो और मृत्यु के बाद diseased claim लेकर बाक़ी उत्तराधिकारियों को बताये ही नहीं की क्या अकाउंट था और कितने पैसे थे तो बाक़ी उत्तराधिकारियों को क्या करना चाहिये? उत्तराधिकारियों को पता कैसे चलेगा कि नॉमिनी से क्या क्लेम करना है ?

1) If Will is drafted on plain paper and not registered, does this remove the need to have a succession certificate?
2) How to add nominees in property papers?
3) What all is asked by any financial institution if
(a) No Will
(b) No registered Will
4) In the case of unregistered Will, any chances any institution asks for authentication of Will drafted by the deceased person, and what are the formalities there?
5) When for the Demat account, the nominee is the legal heir then why it is suggested to sell the holdings and get the amount credited to the nominee's account and then take a decision?

He wanted to ask whether he could use his father's ATM to withdraw funds or can he use his online credentials such as UPI pin to transfer funds from his father's acc. to his acc. I also lost my father due to covid on 16-4-21. And I have the same question.

Too good. People may also extract the all the bank account details, loan details from credit report also. If they take PAN based report, they will get even all the details, which are not available in credit report like Demat account etc.. Please correct me if I am wrong
