Thanks again for the great info. I can’t believe I didn’t even know about the space bar trick. This is why I always watch every one of your videos. I use a lot of your other hacks every day too. That camel camel chrome extension is awesome. Also the clips tool is super handy.
I'm so happy to learn about using the alt key to highlight link text because that issue has been a real hassle for me The others were also really good tips I use and recommend.
Huh, I knew most of these but didn't know about the Alt text selection to select link text... Super useful, thanks!
Thanks for all the help. I started an audio task on startup last month and needed it to stop. Got rid of it thanks to your help.
I truly enjoy your videos like this. Most of these I can use every day.
Thanks Thio. You videos helped me become the power user I always wanted to be.
hey dude - great vids !! this is my 4th in a row and Im beginning to binge ur channel now lol.. To say thanks for all the cool tips Ive now been enlightened with I realised I can throw you a tip (just one - at this stage haha) - There is actually a chrome extension for Re-opening closed tabs, its been a while since I have actually had it installed right now (yes, I will be taking advantage of extensity!) but I think it gives you a secondary option directly beneath ''Re-open close tabs'' on right click menu.
Similarly another great GREAT extention is: RELOAD ALL TABS" which lets you Refresh every tab in your browser at once rather than proceeding thru left to right R.Clicks on each tab iyou got open... u know which may at times be as many as 25 or more - until I found this I had been implementing a manual work-around through process of Ctrl+Alt+Del / Task Manager / END CHROME! to reopen and get the "Restore Pages?" prompt rather than clicking 25 dang tabs, "Gah!"
...You might actually be someone to ask about voice recognition and the headier (and insanely exciting if true) things I've heard in little bits here and there about? Im sure I could find what I need to know but I kinda like your presentation style so I dont know, maybe that's a topic for a upcoming vid soon, what do you think?
I Subbed, will share - what's ''join'' about? I don't think Ive ever seen "join" before...
Cheers mate!
For the DNS servers I found it was worth going to the advanced settings and add in a few others so if a dns service being used goes down, or is having other problems, it's just a matter of re-ordering the servers.
That was a 5 Star Trick, Right Click and Drag... Love it.. Thanks that will save me millions of clicks.. best trick yet!

taking a picture of stuff is also a good way to remember when you bought something. I take a screenshot on my phone when I get to work to record when I clocked in (if I come early, I can leave early). The screenshot has the date time, weather and daily bing image.

Hello TheoJoe. First time commenter long time viewer. Thank you for touching on the mouse settings. I use a laptop with a usb mouse and when typing my fat hands always seem to hit the touch pad on my laptop and in turn send emails that weren't fully complete or I lose all the information that I was working on etc. so I go to the settings for my mouse and disable the touch pad, but when I fire up my computer after its been shut down the touch pad is activated and screwing me up again. Is there a way to permanently disable this device and if so is that an ok thing to do? Thanks.
Thank you

If you rent your gateway from ATT you most likely won't be able to configure DNS for the gateway due to the software in the gateway settings simply not giving you an option. You will have to change it per each computer/device. Comcast does allow changes on their rental equipment.
