    My personal rig for 8-10 foot sharks is a number 4 sized sabiki rig as well.

    Great rig setup. We also crimp the barbs to make hook removal much easier and faster. This eliminates the need to cut the leader in the majority of our catches. Yes, hooks do rust out, but it takes more than a month.

    I don't doubt this man knows what he is talking about but i have a 9/0 conventional and if I use anything less than #12 wire and it breaks so using those thinner wires isn't always ideal.

    Everyone seems to swear by tying wire instead of crimps and palomar knot for strong fluro. Too much risk of losing fish with both imo lol, to each their own
