This song is original made by the guy in dark glasses and dark hair and white suit. He is a very popular singer too. Niklas Strömstedt. Reccomend you to listen to him too.

He sang it in Swedish and it was called Sista morgonen (the last morning). The original ruclips.net/video/DiTZW6J3MeA/видео.html

Yeah, this is a TV show and all the people around that table are other Swedish artists. Absolutely nerve racking I'm sure! The concept of the show is that they take turn singing covers of each others songs.
The orginal song is in Swedish and Miriam translated it to English. I don't remember the Swedish lyrics right now but sometimes when they do their version and/or translate songs it's not always an exact translations but can also be their interpratations of the song. Original artist of this song is Nicklas Strömstedt.

Not sure this is her song, this is from a show where a group of famous singers gather on the countryside together to interpret each others songs, I think this song is actually by the guy in glasses but it’s originally in Swedish I think. His name escapes me atm but he’s very famous.
“Sometimes I walk passed the house you lived in, it happens from time to time that I see you around” is roughly what she says. Fun to see her reach outside Sweden :)

Another song with her from that same season, I love this song. It is an Irish song from the beginning ("Parting glass"), but the man with white hair (Sven-Bertil Taube) has played it in Swedish many years ago and this is her version of "his" song (as someone already pointed out, the program is about artists staying together for a summer week, each having one day where they do things together and then all the others make a cover of one of that artist's songs - they have redone the concept but then I stopped watching so don't know how the new concept works 🙂). The artist of the day - in this case Sven-Bertil - sits in the high seat at dinner and listens to all the others playing covers of his/her songs.
In this season we also saw how Sven-Bertil and Miriam developed a beautiful friendship.
Anyways, the song "Ett sista glas", "Parting glass":

Yeah, miss Li. I actually prefer miss Lis voice over Miriam Bryants. I don´t say that Miriam is a bad singer, far from it, just claiming miss Li is better. By the way, I have actually met Miriam Bryant at a party, celebrating the fact that her younger brother graduated from "gymnasium" (I guess the american equilavent is "high school"). Me and my now late wife was invited. My wife and Miriams mother were workmates and friends since many years. It was a nice party and Miriam was nice too, far from a diva, but actually I didn´t speak that much to her, more with her english father, who also was a very friendly person. For some reason I can´t remember we spoke a lot about racoons (!), in spite the fact there are no racoons in Sweden.

The orginal was a big hit, back in 1989 (and still a Swesish classic), but then with Swedish lyrics (I'm pretty sure this translation was done by Miriam herself). The two lines in Swedish are taken from straight the original and @Januaribarn is spot on with the translation - and yes, it was written by the guy in glasses, Niklas Strömstedt.
