People don't really talk about how insecure a lot of the time people with small boobs are, I can't tell you how many time the people who I'm supposed to be friends with have made fun of my chest. I fucking hate it. Those kinds of comments have made me contemplate ending my life. However, I think I finally have the guts to stick up to it. After months of being sui{idal I think I'm finally ready to confront the toxic things some of my friends have said. It's really hard to face people though, especially considering I have anxiety, and dont want to be disliked by anyone. Seeing content like this makes me feel all the more motivated to love myself, because when I see you, someone who has had some similar experiences as me, who is just absolutely gorgeous and super sweet, it makes me feel more confident.

This happened to me yesterday as I was helping my friend move into his new apartment. In the middle of us setting down the boxes, his next door neighbor introduced himself and welcomed us to the community. He seemed wholesome and generous, as he brought up that he also cooks seafood dishes often and invited us over for dinner in the future. Same way there's thin. Obviously many people use it to bully others, but that doesn't mean that everyone who uses "fat" is insulting overweight humans. The word in itself isn't insulting or bad, it's the way people use it.

Y'all I really need to say this. Few years ago I was in good weight and looked very healthy. I even used to skinny shame thinking that skinny people don't eat well so they stay skinny. I used to say things like "why don't you eat more" "you look like skeleton, you aren't healthy why are you staying like this" " being skinny isn't cool" etc but from two years I've been losing a lot of weight and I'm very skinny. I'm actually worried about myself, no matter how much I eat I stay skinny. My appetite is completely changed. I eat less and become full though I want to eat more. So I understood that thin people or thick people we can't change our natural bodies. We have to accept and realize. Yes we might have health conditions but that doesn't give you any right to shame or suggest.

i’m 12 and my family always are calling me chubby or fat and the thing is i was fine with my body before that. I was happy with how i looked until they started to point out my weight, the way simple things on my body look and it has gotten to my head. i was 10, literally 10, i just put a scarf around my chest because my chest was kind of big, i took it off because it was really hot and i was gonna go play with my cousins, my aunt and my uncles wife were literally pointing at my chest and laughing at me because my chest was big and i had gotten my first period at 9, they were like “OMFG LOOK AT HER 💀💀” , then my other uncles wife came and put the scarf onto my chest and whispered in my ear “its okay their just some b*tches who are jealous of you” then she told them to shut up, literally they were POINTING AT MY CHEST. i was almost gonna cry that time.
at 12, you shouldn't even have a scale let alone be worried about that number. leave that up to your parents (hopefully parents who dont neglect their children when it comes to health)

This happened to me yesterday as I was helping my friend move into his new apartment. Y'all I really need to say this. Few years ago I was in good weight and looked very healthy. I even used to skinny shame thinking that skinny people don't eat well so they stay skinny. I used to say things like "why don't you eat more" "you look like skeleton, you aren't healthy why are you staying like this" " being skinny isn't cool" etc but from two years I've been losing a lot of weight and I'm very skinny. I'm actually worried about myself, no matter how much I eat I stay skinny. My appetite is completely changed. I eat less and become full though I want to eat more. So I understood that thin people or thick people we can't change our natural bodies. We have to accept and realize. Yes we might have health conditions but that doesn't give you any right to shame or suggest.

I was happy with how i looked until they started to point out my weight, the way simple things on my body look and it has gotten to my head. The worst thing is they wonder why i feel too anxious to talk to them or come out of my room when they are around. I weigh 50 kg and i’m 5’3 if you’re wondering.

At the time i wrote this i wasn’t eating so i am currently trying to start eating more again. I feel very depressed at the moment and i’ve lost all interest in school and living at this point. The only reason i’m here writing this today is because of my cousin/best friend.

I think ppl need to understand that body shaming isnt just calling somebody "fat" it can be skinny to and ppl usally think ppl wont get offended if you say stuff like "You need to eat more" but then it is offending if somebody says "You need to eat less" Like it dosent mqke sense and isnt right. 😢 I get rly sad when ppl say stufff like that 😔 and most ppl pass it bye THANK U FOR THIS VIDEO I NEEDED THIS AND I THINK UR BEUTIFUL ❤❤❤

Girl u made someone really happy today ✨😭...im very skinny and how much ever i eat i don't get fat....but seriously tho at a point on my life i stopped caring bout what PPL said cuz it was ntg but hurting.....it all started when i was really young but cuz i was young i dint really uk know it was bodyshamig or smtg but when i came to 6th grade i started getting affected by it but I'm 7th grade i couldn't care less bout others cuz society will always say some sh.. bout u like if u eat too much they say "hey don't eat that much , obesity is a common problem" and if u eat too less" ur thinner than a foil, it would be great if u start getting a Lil fat" and now I'm in high school and i love myself ✨❤️
