I actually like the mixture of the two different styles of video. I love seeing your smiley face and you laughing and being silly and really showing your personality and your passion for what you are creating when you're having so much fun in your normal style videos. I also love these more chilled out, thought-process style of videos because you seem to be able to really explain how and why you do what you do and talk us through the painting and I find that so helpful and really fascinating to see kind of how your brain works and how it differs/is similar to the process of other artists.

I love how this dried! A few years ago, a derecho came through the entire State. Millions upon millions of trees were destroyed. This painting reminds me of the beautiful things that were fashioned from the "tree cemeteries". There was a ten acre field of trees stacked 20'+. Dump trucks looked like toys in this area that the trees from just one county were sent. Some people kept their trees and had artisans carve beautiful statues, even furniture. Others went to the dump site to find just the right trees to fashion more furniture. The trees were free. A large Amish community is located near the worst of the storm. They used their trees, and made daily trips to the acreage. They are known for their artistry. They made furniture for their entire community. Others used the trees for planking to repair barns and homes. It was sad to see so many trees down. But, with all the beautiful things that were made, made it somehow okay. Eventually, nothing was left from the "tree cemetery". What wasn't useful was cut into firewood to be used after it seasoned. 😊❤
