Envy is what makes self identified Aphas into instant implacable enemies of restrained naturally dominant loners. They know they can never be what these men are naturally and casually. We could care less about them and what they most desire - social prestige and power over others - which infuriates them most of all. You are right in some ways. But as a white man we get it in a different way. I might say it’s a case of front loaded BS in your face as a black man but for us white guys it’s back loaded up our ass all the while the perpetrators smile in our faces. Ask me how I know. In my case I’ve had to interact with peoples all around the world of different races and creeds and any intolerance was not accepted in the work place. The problem with working on power dynamics is you need to waste more time managing others and constructing strategies to control.. this wont work n a distributed environment where the basic nature of humans r to seek power and construct chaos.. the mechanism of power dynamics needs more investment.. the better way is the natural diatribution than the artificial power dynamics with more management investment
Alpha male lacks creativity , due to the fact that he have to babysit the ones who are Beneath him. So he can’t navigate his own mindset in which he lacks. Alpha male Is more in control rather then Example setting, Which isn’t Necessary, but hinders free will in others and freedom of Expression, So have to have the right motive to be alpha male, Not based on status recognition, self importance Self entitlement.
