    Retaining customers is an essential strategy for any business success especially for people who are looking to create a sustainable eCommerce business that can live for years! It is not only cheaper to make an old customer buy from you compared to gaining a new customer, it is only way easier! ( assuming you offer good products and after-sale services).
    Shorty said, your customers are your most valuable assets... Work on keeping them and enriching your connection with them!)

    designers sell their handycraft. automatisation is good for sustaineability and customer loyalty. sometimes prototype sales is price sensitive. othetimes price insensitivity is gained by brand value. handycraft is non automiseable craft why unique products can not gain a next customer and every customer is new.

      Customers that purchased more than once term is quite self-explanatory - it refers to number of people that bought multiple times from your store. In this case is used as a part of the formula to calculate your Repeat Customer Rate as explained in the video. If you're using Shopify, this report is already automatically done for you in your admin Analytics section.
