Dallas and Houston are more metroplex than cities. Sherman is in the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex. As is Willis in the Houston-Woodlands-Sugar land metroplex.
So Houston vs Dallas is a fair title.
Isn’t Willis like 45-50 miles north of Houston ?
Willis is in the Metro area of Houston, so news, statistics, and all that good stuff it goes under Houston
I can see why both of these teams were undefeated coming into this game.

In northeast Texas where there are so many good 4A teams the two games to watch are Carthage vs Gilmer and Kilgore vs Chapel Hill. All four of those schools are within a 30 mile radius of where I live. One game will be in Longview and the other one in Tyler. I haven’t made up my mind which one to go to. Both games should be really competitive and fun to watch.
I’d say go for Kilgore vs Chapel Hill. Chapel Hill has something to prove and maybe revenge their regular season lost.
Carthage seems like will give a Gilmore a spanking because Pleasant Grove did embarrass Gilmer in the regular season when Carthage just beat Pleasant Grove. But it’s all match ups, they might pull an upset but i got Carthage winning in a dominating fashion.
