Why do we fall?
Lots of people think I'm nuts, but more than half of my workout mix is movie soundtracks, including Zimmer's Batman stuff. I can't explai why, but this stuff pumps me up!
I prefer soundtracks to workout honestly. I feel like they're more motivational.

It’s crazy how much of a impact a movie can have on people I apply these DK soundtracks to bodybuilding the motivation the consistency, tunnel vision you get is insane I remember watching these movies as a kid so inspiring to me to not give up when life gets rough to keep pushing makes me get so serious about what I do I love this makes me push myself more and love the pain love Batman🙏💯👌❤️

I think Hans Zimmer’s dark knight soundtrack triggers the most emotion, it exerts drive and the feeling of rising from normalcy; making yourself more than just a man.

I've Idolized Batman since I was a small boy ... I've always wanted to be him ... but my Destiny had a different path and I became a Hockey player and was the number 1 rookie of the year until an unexpected injury on my 2nd year but I didn't give up and I scored the winning goal that won us the game. But since my Injury I couldn't go on, so I've left the team on my Third year living like a Hockey Hermit but little did I know my life was about to change and since that Change in my life and who I play for ... I'm doing everything in my Will to Return back to Hockey and become the Player I once was before. I know I can do it! I never look back to the past ... I look to my Future. Thanks for the Great Motivational Music, It really helps alot.

'm Sorry to all Marvel fans, but i have to say this:
-There is no MCU movies, no matter how good they are, can be compared to the Dark knight
triology of Christopher Nolan
-There is no hilarious moment of an MCU movie can match the dark, deep moment of the Dark Knight
-The music theme of DC movies usualy dwarfts that of Marvel movies, but this masterpiece is just on a whole different level than the others
-Personally, I feel that the Dark knight triology satisfies most of the DC comic fans, who not only just want to see their hero fighting vilians , but also feel the characteristics, the meaning, the symbol, the nature of the hero
-MCU movies, howerver, make people laugh and satisfy without thinking too much about movie, even with non-comic fans

I noticed too how the music helps you regulate you're breathing deep 3-5 second breaths in & 3-5 seconds out-I think that's why it good w/o music-too many people don't breathe right when they exercise
I didn't know anyone else did this. "The Dark Knight Rises" and then "Batman Begins" and eventually "The Dark Knight" soundtracks were essential to my losing lbs 110 back in 2012/2013. My favourite is "Like a Dog Chasing Cars"! I've gained about 35 back, but I'm determined to lose that now.
