Same here! I couldn’t agree more. Great cast! Amazing story line it was all just perfect. I watched 3 times all 3 seasons. I will probably watch it again like a favorite movie only longer. ❤
it's always hard to watch a character that you loved pass, fiction or not. but i truly believe it wasn't a cop out or anything of the like, it was filmed and written perfectly. it was one of the best finales i have seen in a while! props to my girl Liz Feldman, as a gay lady, been a fan of her forever. i remember watching her web series 'this just out!' amazing to see her become a full series creator of this great show.
Ugh me too. When I was watching this my husband came home from work and said 'Omg, what's wrong? Are you sick!?' And I was like Noooooo, I'm watching the least season of Dead to Me and he rolled his eyes. 🙄
Remember what the nurse mentioned to Jusy ; we don’t get to choose our kids they choose us ! She told charlie she would choose Jen as a mom . Judy died than Joey born . And most probably Judy’s letter to Jen said something like ; I will choose yoU…
I'm disgusted with Liz Feldman for ending the show the way she did. Neither Jen nor Judy deserved for this to happen. These two women needed each other. I will keep rewatching the first 2 seasons and just pretend the third doesn't exist.
Without actually showing Judy dead maybe that was on purpose … and James was kind of evasive when they were showing Jen possibly starting to confess that she killed Steve I know they are saying this was the final season but…
@@kiranolan7104 the thing is that all death is unnecessary and cruel. The show has always been about the unfairness of death and grief. For someone as pure as Judy to die, they are showing just how unfair death is in life. The grim reaper can quite literally take anyone. The ending I personally think is quite devastatingly, beautifully satisfying in that way.
@@greenpluto9026 I get what you're saying. I just feel differently. I wasn't asking for a totally happy ending. Just for neither of the leads to die that's all. I've had an incredibly stressful year and the thought of Jen and Judy always being together was really comforting to me.
Was forced to watch season 1 and this show just reinforced the fact that there is nothing worse than a middle aged ivory woman. The absolute scariest species.
who tf says ivory women?? are you stevie wonder? we all hate karens, sure, even as an 'ivory woman' myself. and i could see jen sometimes come off that way but her anger comes from something real, the lose of her partner. judy is like the opposite of a karen. in summation; you don't have to like the show but your take that you don't like it because it features middle aged white ladies? girl bye.

Watching this last season and these interviews is very emotional. Liz is so good too. I didn’t notice and they seemed to be bonding very well.
