So sit back, grab a glass of Willamette Valley wine, and join me on this virtual journey through one of the world's premier wine regions. Cheers!

I was in the Eola Amity Hills area of the Willamette Valley while traveling back to Las Vegas from Washington (On the 5 South) and decided to pull off the road at a random offramp that mentioned wine. I ended up backtracking a bit along the river and ended up at Ankeny Vineyards. I arrived an hour before they opened for business. The owner was a lovely lady that made sure I went home with two of the best bottles and my own pinot glass. I pine for the day I can return and visit with the vines and the owner once again!!!
I want to move to Oregon and have been looking at property. This pretty much solidifies my decision to get out of the hot desert during the summer and make a nuisance of myself. Thank you for your video. I like that you didn't sterilize the information rather brought in tech (Google earth) to support your conjecture. Good form!!!

Great job on showcasing the Willamette Valley. I liked how you highlighted the sub ava's on the google earth video. I've watched so many of your videos on regions from around the world since I'm on the portal for level 2 and 3 and It is so great to see you do videos on the state I live in. Oregon is a beautiful state that makes some exceptional wines. Thank you!

Hi, I really enjoy your content. Thank you so much for all the time and effort you put into it.
I was curious why you aren't including Lower Long Tom AVA and Mount Pisgah Polk County Oregon AVA?

Hi William - many thanks for your kind message. This follows the WSET L4 Diploma syllabus, but in later videos I do include the newer AVAs such as LLT and MPPCO.
