Press the plate down completely to smash the olives then start chopping them. They never roll away. I also add marinated veggies like cauliflower, and artichoke hearts. Then add their oils/marinade to keep the salad moist and brined well. Yours looked so yummy too! I’ve been on a muffuletta kick recently! TFS!!

I swear I could just sit down and eat a bowl of that all by itself!
I had no idea this was so easy to make.
Heck, I may even roast my own peppers too!
Either way, there will be a jar of that in my fridge come grocery shopping day!
    Thanks for posting this video!

Can't you toss all the ingredients (except the garlic) in a food processor and pulse it until finely chopped? Garlic press the garlic and mix everything together... That would definitely save time with making this dish...

Aloha! Yes you can use the food processor to cut down on the prep. I've tried it that way before but processed the components individually then combined them together in a bowl. The texture comes out a little different than hand chopping. Enjoy! 🤙🏼
