I am a teenager who got their permit not that long ago, and my parents were generous enough to get me the brand new Audi q3 Quattro (same exterior in video and brown leather seatings) s-line, and I wanna say that driving this car is so comforting and it drives amazingly!!! I am very excited to drive this to high school next year when I get my drivers license, but as if now, I gotta drive with my parents in the vehicle.
Ive had the 2017 Q3 & the new one now. Love it. Its beautiful, drives well (in city & long distance), its comfortable, & a major benefit is that it uses regular gas. I never cared about ventilated seats so that didnt matter. Heated seats in the winter are a must & it has that.
I agree about the ventilated seats not being necessary! My fiancé has it & it really doesn’t feel like much here in SoCal! I do wish the Q3 had heated steering wheels though 😟
@@minhnhan3244 I didn’t mention power gained. Premium gas for many turbo engines keep them running efficiently. I’m not sure about this particular vehicle.
I bought my 2020 Q3 S-line premium used from a covid leaser. Paid $29k for a car with 7K miles. It's the perfect size and so much fun. I bought it with low miles...these cars need driven!!! It probably sat for weeks at a time. Luckily, the warranty is still active. Had a bad fuel sensor. Fixed for free and given a loaner. It'a the perfect car if you have 1 child, or a dog. You want to zoom away from traffic, need something that grips the snow during the winter. Until they do a redesign, I wouldn't buy one new.
Except for this price most japanese dont give you vent seats either. Toyoto lexus has no vent seats at this price range......So for a luxury its actually on par with Lexus. However, Korean build quality and interior quality isnt even in the same league as lexus or germans though. Korea fit a lot of tech but they dont come with the same fit and finish. If you step up to the genesis then you get ventilated seats with the fit and finish but at a slightly higher pricing vs the audi.
Not as good with default settings. I think it's better for jazz/classical. After playing around with the settings, I think it's not too bad with heavy metal, but not as good as the Bose system in my other SUV. There is a YT video with the sound test for it.
I previously owned an A3 sedan followed by an A5 sport back prior to my Q3. To sum it all up, it’s an otherwise wonderful premium vehicle that’s let down by a not so premium drivetrain. The 45 2 litre engine sounds extremely grainy at high RPM and the 8 speed transmission is what really lets this vehicle down. Clunky rough shifting in higher gears and it gets even worse as it lurches through downshifts when braking. Everything else however is typical top notch Audi. A gorgeous modern interior, solid quality finishes and the baby Q8 design. In winter driving while the Haldex AWD is not real “Quattro” performs extremely well in slippery conditions with barely any hesitation in kicking the other wheels into motion for seamless traction. My advice? Spring for the Q5 and enjoy the refinement that a real Audi should be known for.
Shame you cannot order vehicles the way you want them and not the way the dealership wants you to pay for them. No, I don't need fancy wheels. No, I don't need leather wrapped bumpers. No, I don't need headlights that wink at other Audi's. No, I don't need the emblems that cost another 5K. Etc.
I wish they wouldn’t put these massive alloys but I can see it may handle a bit better , first thing I do is change the tyres . That extra 5 / ( 45/50 eg ) makes all the difference. I can’t afford new but tempted with a Q3/Q5 used
Honestly a Genesis is probably the far better option. Better luxury, quality and reliability, before even mentioning it's cheaper. German cars are very overrated and overpriced for no reason.
@@yissibiiyte quality and reliability don’t go in the same sentence as a Hyundai product. I promise no one with half a brain cell is cross shopping a German vehicle with a Korean trash bin. I thought this car drove on regular gas. I was looking at this but prefer the new X1 which uses premium fuel. I'm also going to check out the CX50 which is about 3k less with the turbo engine. I'd buy a EV6 AWD if they actually reopened the order books in Canada.

My Audi q3 has none of those. Not every car somebody gets will be ‘perfect.’ Tesla also has these problems yet it is a great car, and many other car brands
You do need premium fuel for the Q3's. The manuel says reg unleaded is okay. I get 26mpg on the freeway for trips over 50 miles. I get 16-20 mpg using the freeways and bouncing around town. She eats and drinks gasss!!!
Seems to me that for the same money you can get a car that's almost as pretty if not as pretty that has more utility and probably as much comfort. You would just have the give up the Prestige of the name badge that's on it. And personally I'm more interested in value than Prestige of a name badge.

Totally agree with nathan, for that price not having vented seats is not an excuse when Kia can do it in more affordable vehicles.

Not everyone cares about ventilated seats. I have a ‘22 Q3 and the AC works so well that I never feel the need for cool seats AND I’m in Florida.
