If you don't like onions, substitute with shallots. You get a milder onion flavor or try a sweet onion. I always use sweet onions. Awesome recipe and just recently got a instant pot (a walmart online sale for $49!!) And can't wait to do chilli and stew in it. Did chicken breasts and they came out soooooo tender!!!

Looks delicious! I would add a few small onions and/or a leek though. But loved all the other flavoring ingredients. The girls like celery and carrots! Good for them. I learned that rutabagas are what in England we call a swede while watching a Winnie the Pooh cartoon when my son was little (he's 21 now, lol) and rabbit was moaning about his rutabagas ....who says kids cartoons aren't educational 😂😂😂

Turnips are usually white or white and purple while rutabagas are usually yellowish and brown. Rutabagas are slightly sweeter-tasting than turnips.
